Pros:

The amenities , and the breakfast .

Cons:

For starters, about an hour after checking in, the bathroom sink in our room became clogged. I immediately requested maintenance that evening and was told no maintenance staff were available until the following morning. A few hours later, the toilet also became clogged. I went back to the front desk and was again informed that maintenance was unavailable. I even asked for a plunger so we could resolve the issue ourselves, but was told they did not have one available.

As a result, my family and I were forced to use the public restroom for the remainder of our stay and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink of our suite, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.

In addition to the plumbing issues, the room was not clean upon arrival. We found French fries underneath the couch, despite the fact that we did not eat fries at any point during our stay. The pull-out bed had crumbs all over the mattress, indicating it had not been properly cleaned between guests. Most concerning, my 5-year-old child found a vape underneath one of the beds. No one in our family uses vaping products, and this raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room.

Overall, our experience fell far below reasonable expectations. The lack of functioning plumbing, inability to obtain maintenance assistance, and poor cleanliness of the room significantly impacted our stay.

Outside of the details noted above, it was over all a great business experience.
Pros:

Clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was accommodating and friendly. It was very close to the work location and restaurants. I have nothing else to elaborate on. The breakfast had adequate options. The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

The bathroom tile was badly repaired. It was not a good look. The Coffee maker did not work. I asked for a replacement the day before I left but didn't receive one. Since there was no working coffee maker in the room, it would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby/breakfast area earlier than 6:30 AM.

In and my husband is highly allergic (they never told us) / beds were very uncomfortable / had to go back twice to have both key cards reprogrammed (never ended up working we always had someone in the room / there was barely food at breakfast (we went like 8 so it wasn’t like we were on the tail end of it

I won’t be going there again. I booked home2 suites on my last trip to Harrisburg and I enjoyed it

Location . It’s close to restaurants and about 20 minutes to Hershey

Cons:

The rooms were unkempt, bathroom was moldy and black. My son refused to shower in the bathtub and when I went to front desk, she handed me a bottle of bleach to use it on the mold. Not sure when guests started cleaning bathrooms
