In and my husband is highly allergic (they never told us) / beds were very uncomfortable / had to go back twice to have both key cards reprogrammed (never ended up working we always had someone in the room / there was barely food at breakfast (we went like 8 so it wasn’t like we were on the tail end of it
Location . It’s close to restaurants and about 20 minutes to Hershey
The rooms were unkempt, bathroom was moldy and black. My son refused to shower in the bathtub and when I went to front desk, she handed me a bottle of bleach to use it on the mold. Not sure when guests started cleaning bathrooms

Bathrooms were dirty with black mold when I went to front desk, I was initially given a Clorox to go and try. Not sure if this is new but when did customers start cleaning hotel bathrooms?
Although the lady was very nice and moved us the next day, I strongly believe the facility needs to hire more people to help keep the place clean.
Customers had to go down for all towel requests.
Breakfast is the same type of food. We stayed for 5 days and it was the same menu everyday.

We had a great night. The hotel was lovely, the room was great, good location, great restaurant nearby. In the morning I went down to get breakfast for my husband and I. He likes to eat in the room. I asked the breakfast lady for a tray. She said she didn’t have one. The bar, which was closed, and the breakfast place are right next to each other. At the end of a counter I saw two small empty trays, thinking they may be part of the bar, I took one and put a couple of cups of coffee on one. The breakfast lady came out, yelling very loudly, and I am quoting her, “You can’t take that!!! You can’t take that! It’s part of the display “ I said “ what are you displaying?” ( it was about fifteen minutes before the breakfast closed). She sweeps her hand dramatically at a water container. Then her yelling, which everyone heard, caused the day manager to come over. And again, she screams, “ she took a tray, she took a tray!” In front of the crowded dining room. It was unbelievable and I am a very unhappy Hilton Honors member.
The room was spotless and clean and the bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Convenient location. The folks at the front desk were also soo friendly, even late at night when I checked in. I would definitely stay here again.

An older building but fairly well kept. A very friendly and helpful front desk and a good breakfast
This hotel is not wery clean our room was not good and we did not want to use the shower it had red nasty color in the bottom of the shower
More areas outside to eat breakfast
Had a nice time plan on staying again soon
