Minha experiência não foi muito boa
Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa, tem bastante comércio e lugares para comer por perto. O chuveiro é muito bom. O café da manhã é bem completo, com bastante variedade.

Cons:

Sei que se deve a um evento ocorrido na cidade durante minha estadia no final de semana, mas não consegui dormir a noite toda com música alta. A janela do hotel não veda o som externo, assim como conversas nos corredores e quartos. Ouvi muito barulho a noite toda. O colchão já está deformado de uso e os travesseiros duros.

Pros:

Localização muito boa, rua com vários locais para comer e fácil acesso, também a limpeza estava ok

Cons:

O quarto é apertado para duas camas e o banheiro também é bem apertado, mas servem bem. Porém o café da manhã não teve reposição, tinham muitas pessoas e alguns itens acabavam e quem chegou mais tarde ficou sem. No mais bom para quem está de viagem a trabalho.
