Stuff are very friendly
the place is comfortable and clean but it is a bit far from the centre.
The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has a small charming balcony with a beautiful view of old architectural and charming buildings.
However, I was given the last floor and it seem to be an attic which has a slope and it’s a nightmare for claustrophobic individuals or tall. My son kept banging his head. I was not provided with toilet paper. I was there for 2 days and no one came to clean the room or had any cleaning materials. When it was time to do the dishes I went and bought dishwashing soap. I had gotten my period and blood stains got on the bedsheets and chocolate spilled on the bathroom towels. I was informed in the front desk that I had to pay a fee for the damages to the bedsheets. I was going to pay but when I told them I was going to call Expedia to see what the fair fee should be they told me the boss said it’s okay… in addition the walls paint was chipping off and it seem to have calcium accumulating or mold which can be dangerous for respiratory.
Overall the place is good for the price and if you’re on a budget and want to explore Istanbul this is a great place.
