Hotel in ottima posizione, pochi minuti a piedi e siamo all’ingresso principale della città vecchia. Camera spaziosa e funzionale con aria condizionata. Wifi ben funzionante. Colazione piuttosto varia. Staff disponibile

Close to old city
Shohruh was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English! The pick-up and drop-off service at airport were efficient. The bathroom had a bath tub which I suspect is very rare in Khiva! The view of the walls of Ichan Kala from our bedroom was great! The hotel had a beautiful garden.

The hotel is right across from the Khieva castle. I walk to the castle early in the morning.

Good location, walking distance from Inchon Kal South Gate. Room was spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
My daughter needed urgent medical treatment on national holiday, everything was closed. The staff helped so much with interpreting and finding doctors. - eventually we went to home of a doctor who called out the specialist, got it sorted.

Very welcoming staff and tries very hard to make sure that their guests have a pleasant stay. Excellent location! 2 minute walk from Ichan Q'ala which is the name for old town. Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Tasty breakfast. Will definitely return
