Gern wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten Appartement 1, gleich im Erdgeschoss am Eingang, was aber kein Problem ist. Man bekommt wenig mit.

Es war sauber, Kühlschrank mit Kaltgetränken im Zimmer, die Betten bequem. Auf die Anzahl der Handtücher muss man etwas achten, wenn man nicht nur zu zweit unterwegs ist.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, fussläufig ist alles erreichbar (Lagune, Festung, Restaurants). Frühstück gibt es im Hotel, der Platz bei Vollbelegung etwas knapp. Dafür kommt man mit anderen in Kontakt.

Ärgerlich, aber bei Hitze unkritisch; Bei 2 von 3 Versuchen kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche (beim Waschbecken aber schon … 😉).

Nice and easy stay, we recommend!!
Pros:

Central location, you can walk to the Laguna and the center, pleasant property well maintained . Quiet, clean place. Felt very safe. They helped with a good tour of the Laguna for a fair price.
Parking right outside or in the lot across the street
Staff Is helpful and welcoming.
Good size room with balcony and hammock was great. Bed and pillows comfortable.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor

Dieses nicht sehr große Hotel zeichnet sich durch eine insgesamt sehr schöne Gestaltung der Anlage aus: schöne Zimmerausstattung, die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen meistens mit Blick auf den kleinen aber für eine Erfrischung sehr angenehmen Pool. Der Weg zum Strand der Lagune ist kurz und viele Lokale liegen direkt in der Nähe. Das Frühstück entspricht dem typischen mexikanischen Standard.

Cons:

Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Frühstücksbereich neben dem Pool sind begrenzt. Wir haben erlebt, dass Gäste auf andere Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool ausweichen mussten. Ein allgemeines Problem in Bacalar ist, dass die meisten Zugänge zur Lagune von Hotelanlagen, Clubs und Restaurants blockiert sind (nicht als Kritik an diesem Hotel zu verstehen).

Goed verzorgd hotel. Kamer met balkon, prrima.
Vriendelijk personeel. Eigen parkeerplek. Let op, voor de ingang ook parkeergelegenheid maar onder de bomen met vallende vruchten. Versplinderde autoruit mogelijk.
Goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Niet tegengevallen want we wisten het, maar eigen strandje aan het meer zou fijn zijn.

The location is central and nice staff.

Cons:

Our room was chilly and humid. There was a bad
sewer smell in the bathroom. They tried to fix it but unfortunately it didn’t work. Although I do understand it’s not always possible to fix things immediately. I agree with the other reviews: breakfast is poor and the breakfast area is not suitable.
