Pros:

The location is central and nice staff.

Cons:

Our room was chilly and humid. There was a bad
sewer smell in the bathroom. They tried to fix it but unfortunately it didn’t work. Although I do understand it’s not always possible to fix things immediately. I agree with the other reviews: breakfast is poor and the breakfast area is not suitable.

Estancia serena, con ambiente de descanso y la relajación total
Pros:

Muy acogedor. Lugar ideal para descansar . Alberca muy linda.
Las habitaciones grandes con cambiador y baño excelente. ( habitación que contratamos).
Parquizado y áreas verdes del exterior meticulosamente cuidados.
Muy buena señal de Internet.

Pros:

Alles! Es ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit 2Pools (im Garten sowie auf einer Terrasse) und ein feines Frühstück, das ab 8Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Die Zimmer sind gross, gut ausgestattet und die Dusche ein Traum :-) Der schönen Balkon ladet zum Verweilen ein. Fussdistanz alle schöne Sachen in Bacalar. Der Ausflug in der Lagune sowie zu den Los Rapidos ist ein Must!

Cons:

Nachts hats eine Bar, die laut Musik macht…besonders der Drummer hat Freude am Spielen. Hätten natürlich das Fenster schliessen können…

Wszystko było okej. Dobre śniadanie w postaci małego bufetu. Hotel był ładnie urządzony i panował porządek.

L'accueil du personnel à la réception et leurs conseils. La dame qui est venue me masser en chambre était extraordinaire, je recommande vivement. Elle se déplace avec sa table.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner inclut dans le prix de la chambre était servi jusqu'à 10h00. Malheureusement, il n'est pas réapprovisionné ce qui veut dire que si vous êtes des lève-tard, il n'y a avait plus rien; les pancake sont compté tout comme les fruits. Un matin, toutes les tables étaient prises.
