Excellent séjour à Bacalar
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, proche de la lagune. Quartier calme mais animé!
La chambre est spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bain, propreté irréprochable.
La piscine est OK, très bien pour se rafraichir.
Le personnel est souriant et discret. Le petit déjeuner type "petit buffet" est vraiment appréciable et de bonne qualité.

Je recommande vivement ce lieu!

Pros:

Pool, grounds and my room was amazing. Rooftop lounge was a great place to relax with friends. Very beautiful boutique hotel.

Cons:

I booked two rooms, the second room needs a refresh. It's clean and well functioning, but nowhere as nice as our room. Just a minor gripe.

- 3 places de parking devant l'hôtel + second parking de plusieurs hotels juste en face
- chambre peu humide, le linge peut secher
- petit déjeuner simple, choix d'œufs brouillés + legumes et fruits yaourts etc, fait maison
- à taille humaine, environ 15 chambres
- literie confortable

Cons:

- un peu difficile de moduler la température de la douche (comme beaucoup d'hôtels au mexique)

Fraîcheur et détente au calme.
Pros:

Tout. C’était confortable et propre. La piscine… le matin après le bon petit dej… la fraîcheur de l’eau. Et le bassin sur le toit le soir pour voir le coucher du soleil… la proximité des pontons et les activités ( balade en bateau sur la lagune pour voir aussi le coucher du soleil, organisé par l’hôtel dès notre arrivée ! ) le centre et ses tops restau tout en bois…pas très loin à pied.

I would definitely recommend this place. Felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

I appreciate all the beautiful greenery around the hotel. I loved the breakfast buffet and the location.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey. But the bfast buffet made up for it .

Excelente Hotel
Pros:

El hotel me encantó , super cómodo,las instalaciones están súper hermosas, mucha vegetación, plantas , me encantó. El personal siempre está atento. Nos recomendaron un tour y estuvo excelente. La verdad si regresaría a Bacalar y a ese mismo hotel.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

Goede accommodatie op perfecte plek. Onbeperkt water inclusief en heerlijk zwembad. Mooi opgezet met prachtige tuin.

Cons:

Ontbijt is lekker maar er is wat weinig zitplek en het is allemaal een beetje krapjes.
De standaard twee persoons bedden zijn vrij klein (140x190 max).

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel je recommande
Pros:

J’ai passée un excellent séjour dans cette hôtel ! L’emplacement est top et le personnel sur place est adorables (surtout la dame de nuit). Il y’a toujours quelqu’un de disponible même dans la nuit. De plus les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses et disposent de son propre balcon
