Inn on Water Street

Lovely view and extremely friendly and helpful staff

Everything was wonderful!!! Only problem, I booked water view, received parking lot view.

Our room was dirty A bug crawled on my daughters leg while sleeping. People fighting outside our door. I asked the manager for a refund because we ended up driving 4 hours back home at 11pm and had to stop and get a hotel because i was so tired and he basically told be tough im not refunding you.

Rooms were very cozy!

The only complaint would be the less than average continental breakfast. Everything else was excellent

This is a beautiful well kept secret Love the views of the water and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It might be best to book from the hotel direct I did not and believe I was charged $400 a night through Expedia. Do your research when it comes to booking for sure. Will be coming back! Charming atmosphere room was very clean. When visiting the Inn on Waters street, you will notice the attention to detail that was put into making this an intimate boutique hotel, with history of the town displayed throughout this charming Inn. I can’t wait to book out next girls weekend stay. (Of course I will book directly through the hotel!)

Nice room and fun atmosphere. We had a surprise birthday party here and our family had an amazing time!! Cheryl was fantastic!! Renee is also very kind! We will be back

We had a beautiful girls weekend - the staff was excellent, the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable.

The lighting on the headboards needed updated/maintenance.

But it did not affect our overall experience.

Not happy with the room location.. right next to a sitting room and was loud and not enjoable

Nice rooms. Parking lot was icy. One of the bagels at breakfast was moldy. Complained but they didn't appear to remove others.

The only high rate for this hotel is for the very nice desk clerk.
The hotel room had a very loud wall heater, the bath had mold, and furnishing in the room looked like it came out of a garage sale - two wooden chairs and a small table.
It should not be billing over a $100/night

Second time staying, super clean, great view. Only had to walk about 30 seconds from Gord's bar at the end of the night.

Decor and cleanliness was 5 star! Location was perfect for easy of walking the town. The pantry area was very nice and convenient. Would highly recommend.

This Inn is my favorite place to stay on the St Clair River on our boat-watching trips. The property and rooms are immaculate and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The balcony off our room allowed for a great view of the river and freighter traffic. It’s a very short walk to lots of great dining and shopping options and the little parks along the river are just across the street. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Inn; liked the view of the water! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the loudness of the thin walls.
