Dirty shower, moldy showerhead, salty water from the faucets, horrible air conditioning, door handle was loose, big party downstairs till 1 am, overall a horrible place to spend money on. little bugs everywhere. Do not book here.

As much as I have traveled I have never been so disappointed. We stayed a couple of nights there and to say it was awful is an understatement. Coffee maker was filthy and rusted. Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. Mold and mildew in the bathroom sink and shower. Was harassed by a security guard at the entrance of the office only to be told they didn’t know who he was. Do not stay here!

Looks great at pictures and sane in person . Nice location

No hot water. shower had no wall at the bottom so the water went all over the floor.
No amenities like shampoo.

Beautiful apartment with really nice view on part of Puntacana and the ocean. The terrace is located good to catch the sun from morning till late in the afternoon (from experience; during March)! Safe place. The location is very central but exactly on good distance to have less disturbance from the city! Absolute recommendation!

The property has different name, the name is Dukassi suite, the room I stayed was big a clean, the running water for the building has salt so don’t drinking, shower and sink run with some level of salt. The property don’t have ocean view because there are several buildings behind de property blocking de ocean view. The location it’s great because many shops, restaurants, the beach is 500 meters plus. Remember to book your room with electricity

The resort is located on a quiet street just one block away from the main road and two min from the beach. There are a number of good restaurants, as well as other stores, nearby. Staff speaks English, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were great, including a refrigerator, multiple beds, a very clean bathroom, and both body and beach towels, perfect for the area. They also have an area outside for you to rinse your feet, which is very handy. They do have WiFi and its fast. Their breakfast was fantastic and a great value. We would stay here again!

We felt very welcome. It was very easy to meet new people. They invited us to their BBQ. We could even bring our friend over who didnt stay at the hotel. The room had a new and high quality AC. The room was a little small but very very comfortable. The kittens were our personal highlight! It's easy to get to the beaches and shops are round the corner. We would come back here anytime.

Good for the price. It’s more like a condo. The sheets were clean, the bed was okay. The towels were old and at least need a good wash with bleach. Close to restaurants.

Cute not overcrowded place, your back yard is a beach and your view from the balcony is amazing. A short 10 min walk to downtown area. All employees were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Great stay! Beautifully situated right at the best part ot town. I highly recommend staying there! We also were provided with great local tips, wich were very valuable. The kitchen with all you need makes your stay complete.

A very comfortable cottage with everything you would ever need. The rental scooters were fantastic for getting around. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Great location, central everything, great to have some nice snacks and basic food for us when we got there, pool was prefect for sunsets, everything very comfortable, homey and easy to use, balcony was great for breezes, this is one of the better places we've stayed at in the Caribbean! we hope to come back soon

Cute homely place set in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect for a relaxed type of break! Hosts were really helpful and there were lots of kind extra touches and amenities left available to us. Comfortable for cooking and entertaining.

Absolutely great budget place, very conveniently located ... 2 mins to big supermarket, 3 minutes to many restaurants, 3 mins to the bus stop. The room and apartment was super clean and very nice, kitchen could be used and its private, AC was available and working great, staff took time to explain the flat and the surrounding. Just check-in was a bit complicated - in case you don't have any local sim card nor roaming, make sure to communicate as clear as possible before via messaging. WiFi worked really well in the apartment and was super fast, just not outside of the building.ya

We had an awesome time! Very clean unit and quiet neighborhood. The location was great. You will not need a car. I look forward to staying here next time we visit!!

Great location Great Restaurants Great accommodations. Everything in walking distance. The best thing is the pool view balcony in the morning for coffee and in the evening for wine.

This resort is centrally located, making getting to and from places very easy. But also its right at the beach. Staff showed outstanding hospitality, and gave helpful recommendations. This place exceeded my expectations and made for a magnificent vacation in Punta Cana!

You couldn’t expect more from this absolutely amazing place! An absolute gem and my recommendation to try this out!
