Zentral gelegenes, sauberes, neu renoviertes Hotel mit Flair. Komme wieder.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich , toller Service. Frisches Frühstück mit Früchten, Joghurt, Brotbrötchen Croissants. Altstadt mit Restaurants, Bars, Cafés zum schlendern alles direkt fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Design ist schön und ansprechend. Das Bett groß genug und sehr bequem.
Die Dachterrasse hat einen kleinen Pool, der mir aber im März zu kalt war.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Auswahl an Frühstück, Aufstrich, zum Beispiel Nutella, Honig, Google Paprika, Tomate und einen Cerealien. Mix wie Kellogg’s, Müsli wäre schön gewesen, da ich eine der ersten Gäste war, wird sich das bestimmt noch einspielen.

L'excellent accueil, le confort des chambres et des équipements. Déjeuner ( matin) très très copieux et de qualité.

Cons:

Nous pensons que l'hôtel aurait dû fermer pendant les travaux qui ont perturbé notre tranquillité, même si nous comprenons qu'ils sont destinés à en améliorer l'accueil.

Pros:

Located on the SW corner of town in a residential area, reasonably quite on the 3rd floor. Two blocks from a real grocery store. And a pleasant mile walk along the waterfront to the center of town. Room was clean with a closet but little to put your luggage in or on. Bath had good lighting, good counterspace, but the hot water was agonizing slow to heat up. Roof has a small pool with many lounge couches and a GREAT view of the city; it would be great to spend a warm summer day up there with sangria. The small pool had a great view itself, and was well maintained, but WAS NOT HEATED. Breakfasts were very good and a great value: a plate of cheese, meet, small bread roll, muffin, orange juice, coffee, yogurt and eggs. The hotel lobby was unique in that it was a strangely inviting place to hang out, and is furnished in funky decor

Cons:

For reasons unclear to me, the hotel accepts online reservations only 1 or more days in advance. If you need a room today, you must know to call them directly. The beautiful pool was not heated so was in the 60s during our visit, which is a shame as it had the perfect view.

Our stay, as a family of four was wonderful. Our first time in Tavira and we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. Walkable to everything, but not in the middle of the main part of town. The hotel has a kitchy charm, great staff, and comfortable rooms. There is no choice for breakfast, but it is served to you when you sit down, so no old stale buffet meals. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Tavira. It's not fancy, but it's really clean, well managed, and fun.

Cons:

For the price, I thought it was wonderful. Nothing bad to report.

Pros:

My husband, daughter & I had a brilliant stay at Authentic Tavira Hotel. Our room was lovely.....plenty of room for 3 of us. The décor was very chic as was the bathroom. Nice comfortable beds too. The 2 balconies were adequate as well. The breakfast was very good......a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs available. A nice touch was having coffee & tea making facilities in the reception/dining area. The pool is small but suffices......we were there during the heatwave & relaxed on the lovely loungers by the pool. The staff were so nice & friendly.......especially the breakfast ladies & Silvia on reception. I hope to stay here again.

Pros:

This was a lovely, basic hotel to use as a home base for exploring in Tavira. We rented two rooms to accommodate a family of four with young children. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable, clean rooms, the cute mini-pool, and the hearty breakfast included with our stay. It was a short walk across the bridge to reach the historic old town. There was plenty of parking and the area felt safe. The staff were kind. It reminded me of cute little places I stayed at while traveling Europe 15 years ago. Recommend!

Booking.com should do more due diligence on properties before advertising them on their site for rental. Very disappoint

Cons:

Property was undergoing major refurbishment with drilling all day between 9 - 6pm. The hotel should not have been renting out rooms during this period and we were told it is closing from next week to complete the works.
