C'est une arnaque cet hôtel n'existe nous avons passé la nuit dehors dans la voiture avec mes 5 enfants tout les hôtel aux alentours de Tanger Med étaiznt complet et nous étions trop fatigués pour reprendre la route.
Ne vous faite pas avoir hôtel.com ne vérifie pas si les établissements existe vraiment avant de les mettre sur leur plateforme.

Katastrophe. Absolut sprachlos. Rezeptionist nett und bemüht. Preislich wurde uns dann entgegen gekommen. Lage zum Hafen Tanger med. für den Fährgang war perfekt.

Horrible à fuire absolument !! Arrivé à l'hôtel après une réservation confirmée depuis des mois , notre chambre n'est pas disponible .
On nous a donné une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout à la réservation faite mais c'est tout ce qui leur restait étant donné qu'ils avaient loué celle que nous avions réservé. On se retrouve dans une chambre avec mon deux enfants où il faisait 50 degrés. Pas de clim , pas ventilateur, pas d'eau chaude à la douche , fenêtres des douches et des chambres à coucher qui donne sur le couloir !! Je n'ai jamais vu cela !
Au final nous avons dû râlé et la personne de l'accueil après 30 min à finalement trouvé une chambre qui correspondait à peu près à notre réservation ( sauf la clim) ils ont fait levé les femmes de ménage à 1h du matin pour nettoyer la chambre .... Odeur nauséabonde sur l'hôtel .
Pire expérience de ma vie dans un établissement .

Optimum stay and price
Pros:

The hotel was basic and it has enough comfort comparing price. Wifi doesnt work . So near of tanger med 5 port. I could suggest to poeple to stay in there.
