來阿蘇一定要來住！
Pros:

地點：離阿蘇火山上山的道路非常近，開車20分鐘即可抵達草千里。
房間：房間寬敞溫馨，有個大暖桌，冬天的時候一家人窩在一起很舒適。
衛浴：房內有廁所，洗澡要去對面的公共湯屋，湯屋有五間，晚上9-10點較熱門，洗澡可避開此時段，湯屋非常乾淨且寬敞，設備齊全，乾濕分離，湯屋都有獨立的穿衣區，也有冷暖氣，非常舒服的泡湯體驗。
餐點：日式晚餐跟早餐都非常豐盛好吃（尤其是和牛燒肉）。
員工：員工服務態度佳，熱情招待。
結論：非常推薦這間民宿👍👍👍👍👍

Traditional stay, a little tired in places but comfortable to stay in
Pros:

Very spacious rooms (we did book the family-sized as it was the only one left available but that meant we had lots of space). Traditional aesthetic was nice. Ample parking. The onsen was great to use.

Cons:

It was a little tired, it felt like it could do with a bit of rejuvenation. En suite toilet was great but no shower, so you do have to use the onsen space to wash (which is mostly fine, but it does have specific hours of use, and we felt it would have been better if they were available for slightly longer than they were, especially in the morning).

Good traditional ryokan stay with delicious kaiseki meals & private bath
Pros:

Stay was very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to their friendly staff. Our room was clean with the necessary amenities. For dinner and breakfast, we were asked to book our timing in advance during check-in. Both kaiseki meals were good (well exceeded expectations! The private onsen was the highlight of the stay.
