Disappointing - dirty rooms and definitely not worth $300/night. Wouldn't stay again nor recommend.
Pros:

Location of the property was great. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Area felt safe as well. Front desk at check in was nice and informative about the amenities.

Cons:

The room itself felt neglected. Layer of dust on the mini frig so leads me to think if they aren't cleaning that (which I can visibly see) what else are they not cleaning. Floors in the bathroom looked disgusting. The drain in the bathtub did not work well. We stood in inches of water while we showered. Hallways were noisy at 6:30am - appears that they house out of town staff at various establishments. We left ASAP the following morning.

Pros:

The toom was very nice and had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. There are just a couple of things that would’ve made this stay even better. You have to check in at the hotel next-door, but that was never communicated to us beforehand. There was a note on the door that I didn’t notice at first. The room was a little bare boned. It would’ve been nice if there had been a lamp and charging station on both nightstands instead of just one. And the bathroom had no place to hang my toiletry bag or counter space to place things on. There also is no shelf in the shower to place shower things. I think the addition of those simple items would make the stay much more comfortable. The location was great and it was nice that there was a restaurant to have breakfast in the hotel next-door.

Pros:

The room is dated and in need of some TLC. Rust, moldy toilet, musty smell. They provide room service and made beds, restocked linens. The bayview from the balcony was wonderful. Small pool and the cafe is in another building.
