I did not get access to the prperty
Pros:

There is nothing to like as the property owner would give me the correct location details.
The property was fraudulently advertised

Cons:

My room door was broken so it wouldn't lock, it had been kicked in previous to my arrival, they had merely painted the glass panels in the door so all the light of the hallways was lighting up my room all night. Loud people who weren't staying in any rooms kept coming and going, clearly local people have the codes to the locks and are using the place for their own ends, easily done as there are no staff on site. I was woken up at 1 am to the sounds of a woman screaming, it sounded like she was being thrown against the walls, when I went out to investigate two men dissapeared out the front door and she must have dissapeared into a room because I couldn't see her after either. All in all this place is totally shocking and very unsafe it should be removed from booking.com, I asked for a refund which I think given the circumstances should be the least they could do but apparently because I'd spent a night laying awake "it's not policy to refund me" appalling...

Pros:

The room was very small and quite dirty. The bed had hair on the sheets, and there were no glasses or anything to use for your stay.

It was close to Heathrow Spotting locations and bus stops nearby

Cons:

No nets on windows so lots of bugs came inside the room while I opened the window due to heat . Towels were not clean

Was easy to book

Cons:

No safety to lock the room. The area felt unsafe and the property was small. End up sleeping elsewhere as we didn't feel safe staying there. Very unhappy with how the host takes ages to get the deposit back.
