Pros:

Good location to access heathrow airport

Cons:

We arrived very late at night from one flight and had the another flight from Heathrow the next afternoon. I called the management to request a later check out than their original 11am. There was no option to talk to someone in charge and instead it asked me to leave a voicemail, which I did.
At 11 am the cleaner came knocking on the door, when told that we have requested a late check out she called someone and handed me the phone- the woman on the phone was very rude and demanded that we exit the room immediately- not listening to any reason. We asked for 10 mins to change.
15 mins later we were standing in the corridor with suitcases wondering what to do next. We ordered a cab for the airport and as we were waiting the cleaner told us to take our bags out into the parking lot and wait in the sun because she needed to lock up.
Very rude staff. Small and uncomfortable beds. Extremely small bathroom.
Would not recommend to anyone.

They require a 200 BNP deposit that can't be paid at the house (no frontdesk). They didn't manage to send the instructions on how the payment was going to be done. I wasted a lot of money on the booking and on talking on the phone. In the end they didn't even let me in.

Pros:

Great location if you’re heading to the airport. The bathroom was clean and refurbished.

Cons:

The carpets were not clean at all and the apartment all in all needed cleaning.

Cons:

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. In 35°C heat, there wasn't even a fan, which made it impossible to sleep at night. When I asked for one, I was told that a fan was not included in the amenities. By that logic, they shouldn't provide heating in the winter either.
The room also lacked basic conveniences such as a kettle or any kitchen facilities. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely nothing, so bad that I cannot understand why Booking.com has this place ‘on their books!!!

Cons:

Disliked the dirty; walls, carpets, premises, yard, the area.
In fact I will no longer use Booking.com because of them.
