First time to SCL, very close to centre of city Hotel room very Noisey due to traffic and lack of Double glazing . Central station 5mins walk along with metro. Room quite large good water pressure for shower and free breakfast not bad But could be better. Approx 30 mins from a very nice airport. All you see around you are mountains. Somethings are expensive but Starbucks latte are half euro cost as a guide. I would consider possible another hotel away from the constant traffics of SCL

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer. They looked after us in every way and always with a friendly, warm disposition. Highly recommend this place plus it is excellent value for money.
This isn’t a luxurious hotel.two lifts,one of which breaks each time it rains.so then I’ll have to wait for ages to go up/down.staff r friendly and helpful.Restaurant is dismal.Not much offered for breakfast.If u want an omelette or a cappuccino,Ull have to pay for it.Not recommended especially when u have better options available
Hotel is closed (walking distance from the central station if you need to take a train). The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good, but it will be nice to have different daily options. I wanted to take the time to thanked the restaurant staff, specially Wilrmet and the lady they did an amazing job.
The hotel is OK the area around it is Terrible, stay somewhere else in provedencia or any other area.

Our stay became great because of how accomodating the hotel staffs were. Our flight was early so we came very early but they were able to arrange our room earlier than the usual time for check in. The rooms are spacious and clean. During our check out , we need to go early morning, They prepared our breakfast to go. Thank you to all the staffs who made our short stay there wonderful..
This hotel was a very nice surprise! The room was beautiful and clean, modern. Very quiet. The breakfast buffet which was included had a nice variety of food, and it was delicious. We ate dinner one night at the hotel, and the service and food were very good. The front desk staff were very helpful with information about the area, calling taxis for us. Very pleasant staff.
Excellent property as far as cleanliness and condition. Conveniently located close to subway, bus station and about 20 min drive from the airport. Breakfast was great! Staff were pretty friendly. There are not too many dining options around though. Not really within a walking distance to tourist attractions either. So this is a great place to stay between the flights and to take a day trip to Valparaiso or other surrounding areas. Not the place to explore Santiago without a need to transportation either.
Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff. 20m taxi from airport. The area around isn’t so nice but perfect for a stay in between flights.
The room in the eight flood was so quiet and the facilities included were so useful. The area doesn't look safe but it really is! I walked a lot for the surrounding area and is nice and also so close to some museums, parks and a bus station.
