Location was very good.
Two of the reception staff were terrific.

Cons:

Size of room, and especially the shower stall and bathroom were very small and tight. Very little air movement in the room and no fan.
Price and quality of breakfast was very poor compared to other ones we had enjoyed.

Todo muy limpio y personal muy amable. Lo que íbamos buscando un sitio limpio y agradable para descansar. Muy cercano de la catedral apenas 10 minutos

Cons:

Un poco de calor dentro de la habitación lo normal para la fecha que estamos, imagino que en otras fechas que no sea verano esto no será un problema

Good location and staff, but dirty.
Pros:

Staff is helpful and friendly, location is great.

Cons:

Bathroom was like someone with curly black hair used a hairclipper and forgot to clean. Filthy.

I don't blame cleaning staff, it's the hotel management needs to rise it's standarts including the motivation of housekeeping.

Also not having the air conditioning does not add any cool points to this place.
