Good. Efficient, clean well located.

Location close to the old town and the beach.
Clean room.

Cons:

Bed was a bit soft for me but that is a preference, that depends on the person. We were facing a side street and with the windows open there was some road noise. (No AC) AC was not needed BTW. Closed up the windows and the external shades and as the town quieted down the noise was normal for a city. We were in the third floor.

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut
Hinzukommt, dass ab 8:00 Uhr morgens ein wahnsinniger Lärm durch die Tauben im Hof verursacht wird
Nebenan steht ein Zerfall des Haus, in dem sehr viele Tauben leben
