Pros:

Although we did not realize that District 1 was the place where most tourists go we were only across the bridge from all the city life.
June was a great host and greeted us upon arrival, constantly keeping in touch to see if everything was alright.
Her property was clean and tidy and the location was great.

Pros:

June and her husband were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. This is a very nice apartment away from the hustle and bustle but just a short distance by taxi ( costing a couple of pounds) from the centre. Every thing that you need in the apartment for your stay and convenient stores on the ground floor.

Pros:

I loved how the rental was so clean and June was very helpful! The only thing I would have liked to see was a little bit more cutlery and kitchenware. I stayed with my family of 5 and the lack of plates and cutlery was a little bit of a challenge. The pool and weight room were an excellent addition to the room. The location was great as well! The walk to shopping and food was not far at all!

Pros:

ホテルではなく、ルームレンタルかな？は初めて止まりましたが、オーナーの対応ひとつでイメージが決まると思いました。最終日は、夜中発のフライトでしたが、ほぼ出発直前まで部屋を使わせていただき、シャワーを浴びてからのフライトは今までなく、機内ですぐ寝ることも出来ました。

Pros:

The property was centrally located to city center with access to great views of the city to include restaurants and night life. The staff was overly welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean with modern amenities such as a small kitchen and medium refrigerator. The room came with access to the pool and gym. Also located within the building was a small grocery store, convenient store, and coffee shop. Another added bonus was the parking garage with very cheap parking rates to park our rented scooters.

Pros:

Very well priced quality hotel in a great location, I walked in 10mins to Bui Vien. Staff were very welcoming and helpful without exception. The hotel is located near to the ferry to Vung Tau. A reasonable alternative to land transfer.

Pros:

Complex is gorgeous and the gym and pool area are fabulous. The location is perfect, in an area full of amazing street food but only a short walk from the main tourist attractions. Check in was simple and check out was flexible and accommodating. If I was coming back to HCM I'd stay here again
