Mal servicio, tuvimos que esperar 15 mi a que llegara la persona de recepción, no tiene agua caliente en la regadera, sucio el baño y falla el clima, pésima experiencia

This place is nice if you’re looking for a place last minute, but be prepared to hear your neighbors at 6 am,and if it rains you wont get any sleep.
The room that was assigned to us, had a funky smell, we could not change rooms since there were non available anymore.
Next day and after house keeping, we saw a very nice change in smell and cleanliness.

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones, el servicio excelente, el unico detalle es que no esta bien aislado acusticamente, y el ruido del trafico es muy alto.
Fuera de ese punto, todo excelente.

Durante mi estancia con mi familia, pudimos notar cierto desdén por parte de el personal. De la misma forma el precio de los cuartos nos parecio bastante excesivo ya que (dejando de lado las habitaciones) no hay nada de atractivo dentro dell mismo.
