The physical experience at Sayaji Rajkot is genuinely impressive. The room interiors are modern and aesthetically pleasing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I specifically appreciated the comfort of the bed, which ensured a great night's sleep.
The room layout is also well-thought-out, featuring an additional seating arrangement that makes the space feel more functional and premium. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the quality of the facilities and toiletries provided definitely met the standards of a luxury hotel.
Despite the beautiful hardware, the "software"—the staff and service—needs urgent attention. The primary issue is that the staff does not seem professionally trained compared to other major hotel chains. While they are polite and "try their best," they lack the skills to actually resolve problems. Their only solution to any conflict is to repeatedly say "sorry" without offering a tangible resolution.
The Major Incident: Valet Parking Breakdown
The biggest frustration occurred late at night. The valet parking staff apparently leaves by 10:00 or 10:30 PM. For a hotel of this stature, this is unacceptable.
The Chaos: By 11:30 PM, the entrance was a total mess. Guests were forced to leave their cars at the entrance, leading to a massive "back-to-back" parking jam.
The Lack of Solution: No one on the night shift had any clue how to manage the situation or move the vehicles. Coming back to your room should be a relaxing experience, but instead, it turned into a parking "horror."

Room ambience was not good, Washroom was not clean as expected, toilet jet spray was leaking. Simply ask one milk shake without ice cream / shake with dry fruit, because of long travelling and fasting. Unfortunately not available and not tried to give some other options.
