Ich war sehr zufrieden, auch an die Raucher wurde mit einem kleinen Balkon gedacht!

Das Frühstück war Super, der Kaffee war ausreichend, genügend Parkplätze, die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal ist freundlich

Fint hotel, pool og god restaurant
Pros:

Dejligt poolområde. Dejligt stort værelse med lille altan. Fin morgenmad. Langt ind til Koblenz, så en bil er nødvendig. God restaurant på hotellet med voldsomt store portioner- det smagte godt og til rimelige penge

Cons:

Vi blev tildelt et værelse på øverste etage, hvor der var over 30 gr og ingen aircondition. Vi klagede og fik heldigvis et andet

Bardzo czysto, dobre i urozmaicone sniadanie. Bardzo mily personel

Brak klimatyzacji , niestety ale poduszki do wymiany(moje zdanie), cena za wysoka w stosunku do tego co dostajesz. Basen rano byl ciagle zamkniety

Der Ventilator bei der Hitze. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und alles vorhanden

Die Tische im Frühstücksraum sind sehr unbequem.

Cons:

Отношение к клиентам, я услышала фразу в разговоре персонала между собой - "этот у меня позавтракал". Вопрос кто у кого и не клиенты ли кормят персонал. Потом на завтрак много чего не было в конце. Неужели не закупиться под реальное количество клиентов, тем более, на второй день была такая же ситуация. Также вопрос в душе, насколько он создан для красоты или для прямого назначения.

Basic voorzieningen en zwaar overprijsd hotel
Pros:

Mooie tuin en zwembad zag er goed uit. Locatie is goed. Kamer zag er schoon uit met basic voorzieningen, prima voor alleen slapen als het niet zo heet is, maar helaas hebben wij verder geen ervaring hier, omdat we ontevreden zijn vertrokken.

Cons:

Aankomst op zondag. Personeel volledig afwezig. Briefje op de deur hoe je de kamer in kunt gaan. Daar aangekomen werd je opgeslokt door de hitte atmosfeer. Ja het was extreem heet weer 38-40 graden en er stond een grote ventilator, maar het effect op de lucht in de kamer was nihil. Basic inrichting, geen faciliteiten om je drinken koel te houden, geen personeel aanwezig om koelkastruimte in het hotel te vragen. Zwaar overprijsd. Je betaalt voor de mooie tuin en het zwembad, want de kamer is only basic. Geen luchtverversing, afzuiging en bij heet weer kan je niet ventileren, want enige optie is raam openzetten en de buitentemperatuur was te heet om de kamer af te koelen. Bellen op zondag: antwoordapparaat. Ook minimale communicatie daarna, nadat we naar huis gereden zijn vanwege discomfort. Totaal geen begrip en geen respectvolle communicatie.
