Cons:

Überbucht. "Es tut uns leid, aber wir haben kein Zimmer für Sie". Gebucht und bestätigt von booking und dem Hotel selbst. Wir hatten wegen Koblenz in Flammen extra früh gebucht. Sehr enttäuschend.

Pros:

La propreté , le parking

Cons:

- chambre triple , annoncé par l’établissement avec un lit simple et un lit double mais en réalité un lit double et un d’appoint.
- en période de canicule , pas de climatisation mais un petit ventilateur avec une prise trop courte.
- chambre triple mais à part les essuies rien était en triple.
- literie pas terrible
- isolation sonore très mauvaise
-rapport qualité /prix pas top et lorsque l’on en a parlé aux personnels , on nous a dit qu’il s’agit d’une erreur de description de la chambre sur le site et qu’ils allaient passer le message pour changer cela.
- réserver pour une nuit et le lendemain , nous avions mal au dos.

Goed hotel om Koblenz te bezoeken maar je hebt wel een wagen nodig.
Pros:

De kamer was groot genoeg en de badkamer had een grote inloopdouche.De bedden waren heel goed.Fijn dat er een zwembad was.Er is voldoende parking en een tuin

Cons:

De badkamer deur was een beetje doorzichtig.De bodem van de kast was versleten.Er was wat lawaai van de bovenverdieping

Sehr starker, unangenehmer Geruch aus den Rohren im Badezimmer!
Vom Balkon unter mir zog dann noch Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer :-(

Pool war mega,der Service in allen Bereichen super. Grosser Garten sehr schön,Fahrradgarage mit Lademöglichkeit,Frühstück sowie Abendessen sehr gut.

Die Lage ist gut

Das Hotel hat mir leider nicht gefallen, weil ich ausdrücklich ein Komfortzimmer gebucht hatte, das erhaltene Zimmer jedoch weder der gebuchten Kategorie noch den Bildern entsprach. Auch die in der Beschreibung angegebene Regendusche war nicht vorhanden.
Als ich dies an der Rezeption angesprochen habe, wurde mir lediglich gesagt, dass keine anderen Zimmer mehr frei seien. Eine Alternative wurde mir nicht angeboten, und auf meine Bedürfnisse wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Hotelleitung meine Beschwerde nicht ernst nahm und mein Anliegen offenbar lächerlich fand. So stelle ich mir einen respektvollen Umgang mit Gästen nicht vor.
