As meninas que nos atendem no restaurante. Elas são maravilhosas.

Infelizmente, de forma automática o booking colocou dois quartos, pois de alguma forma o hotel não liberava para que minha filha de 10 anos ficasse no mesmo quarto que a gente. Pagamos, achando que os quartos eram conjugados. Mas não! Chegamos lá e entendemos que pagamos por dois quartos, ou seja, o dobro do preço e claro que só usamos um quarto. Como uma criança de 10 anos ficaria sozinha num quarto de hotel que não é conjugado, ou seja, que é completamente isolado? Longe dos pais num lugar estranho? Quando questionamos a atendente que fez o check in, ela disse que não podia fazer nada sobre o valor que pagamos por este quarto a mais, que se eu tivesse mandado um e-mail antes, talvez pudessem fazer algo. Ficamos em choque com o descaso deles. Calmamente apenas disseram, paguem o dobro, não ligamos.

Wspaniały design, lokalizacja, udogodnienia w hotelu, śniadania na najwyzszym poziomie, bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Gdy okazało się, że nie zjemy śniadania ze wzgledu na wczesny wyjazd, personel sam zaproponowal nam prowiant na podróż, nie byle jaki prowiant😎🥰

Cons:

Jedyny minus to zbyt mała intymność w apartamencie dwupoziomowym, otwarty prysznic i brak drzwi, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy, więc to nie obniża oceny🔥

Wonderful hospitality, clean, and overall great hotel
Pros:

The hospitality was top notch! The hotel was beautiful and the pool, relaxation areas, and saunas were wonderful. It is conveniently located right in town and is easily walking distance. The food was wonderful, as well.

A Perfect Retreat in the Dolomites
Pros:

A lovely boutique family run hotel, this is our second stay at the property in the last two years. The half board is fabulous and a must, quality of food is very good. The spa facilities and gym are excellent especially for the size of the hotel.
