Very clean and well-maintained rooms. Staff was extremely supportive, polite, and quick to respond. Smooth check-in/check-out process. Comfortable stay and good ambience. Value for money.

Good location but hotel should pan for staff in festive season so guest are not left without support

Location wise good and nearby to sight seeing places

Cons:

Staff claimed no one to either change bedsheets or change pillow covers. Even hot water in washrooms was not available
Probably due to festive season, no breakfast served .
