Pros:

It is a perfect location.
It is also clean and comfortable.
My room had a spacious bathroom, microwave and mini fridge.

Cons:

The shower did not have a proper closing (sliding doors or some other thing), so every time after shower the entire bathroom was full of water and there was no additional drain. So it stayed. I hope they will not get mold all over the place in a year or so.
Additionally, the AC was on in full power. Although I asked to minimize it (raise temperature to 24 and fan to a minimum), it still was very strong and it is uncomfortable when you could feel the cold wind while laying in the bed. My request was neglected and never followed.
Note to hotel branding people: if you want to be a green hotel, work to improved air conditioning system.

Sauberkeit und Lage (wobei Fußgängerzone extrem verfüllt, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts), ansonsten das Geld nic

Bett und Bad waren sauber und die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl ist beunruhigend rumpelig und langsam. Es sieht im Eingangsberech und Fahrstuhl nicht aus wie ein 4 Sterne Hotel, davon unabhängig ist vor dem Hotel in der Fußgängerzone viel Müll. Im Eingang befinden sich nicht Hotelgäste. Es haben 3 keychards nicht funktioniert. Bin dankbar, dass ich die alle ausprobiert habe, bevor ich raus bin am Abend, da um 23 Uhr die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist. Als ich erneut zum Mitarbeiter der Rezeption ging und anmerkte, dass ich mit den Karten nicht ins Zimmer käme, ermahnte er mich, dass ab 23 Uhr niemand mehr da sei und guckte genervt. Als wäre das meine Schuld. Im Bad fiel der Haartrockner auseinander. Aber eigentlich war der Haartrockner obsolet, da sie Leistung mangelhaft war. In der Dusche kamen aus dem Duschkopf der Regendusche kaum Wasserstrahlen und die Ablage, hing schief an der Armatur.

Pros:

Op prima locatie. Goed geluiddicht, schoon, fris en moderne kamer. Sleutelbediening via telefoon

Cons:

Entree ligt verscholen en voelt s avonds beetje onveilig.

Gutes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in Den Haag
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Starbucks direkt neben dem Hotel, Kaffee in den frühen Morgenstunden also gewährleistet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es war erstaunlich leise.
Frühstück haben wir lediglich am Tag der Abreise dazugebucht. Es war nicht aussergewöhnlich, aber ok.
Alles in allem alles perfekt für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Den Haag.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für mich etwas zu weich.
