It was clean, staff were friendly but I would’ve really enjoyed to have a warm shower.
Pros:

We had no hot water for showers. This was really disappointing. I was also supposed to be a 3 bedroom apartment but there was only 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bed was in the lounge/dining room which wasn’t great for privacy.

Cons:

No hot showers. I also didn’t realise that the hotel had no pool so that was a bit disappointing also.

Large 3 BR apartment. Level 7 views.
Balconies and super open living room for the Family agenda .
The Washer Dryer is everything.

Cons:

Now tea towels for the kitchen.
No paper towels to wipe down the kitchen benches.
Shower leaking onto the bathroom floors.

Pros:

They have a cafe associated with the hotel. It provides good breakfast food.....except on the morning when a big ceiling tile collapsed near my table!

The hotel itself is top tier

Cons:

The room service food came in take away boxes rather than served on proper plates, the lady mixed up my order and the pumpkin soup was probably a 1 out of 10. No steak knives too and food was not great
