Great place! Very clean and comfortable. Grace and Lucy were very accommodating.
The whole building looks very fancy , a giant decorated Christmas tree , and the reception they showed warm and gently , and they also prepare the tooth brush for children , thanks reception Echo for your gift Bear , it bring us a fantastic day .
Everything is good
Unlike the previous visit, this time we were met with a very pleasant receptionist named Bonnie upon checking in. She was so pleasant and helpful.
The next day upon checking out, a sweet receptionist who go by the name of Krystal served us. She was so gentle and her explanation was clear. Thanks to both of them albeit a night stay, our stay was a memorable one.
Last but not least, Zakary helped us to book the taxi and whilst waiting for the taxi, he ‘entertained’ us. Helpful and cheerful guy.
No bidet in the toilet

Nice staff. Yumi was very nice, friendly and helpful at check-in.
This is the best hotel in Nanning, rooms are good, breakfast is great, and the views of the park are lovely. Its also right next to the metro which means its a 1 minute walk, and a straight line to the main train station if you are coming in that way.
It's my third time staying here, and second time getting very good service from Kristal at the front desk who took care of everything and made it an easy check-in/out.
Highly recommended, will be back again.
