Muito agradável
Pros:

Da simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários, do excelente restaurante, da piscina, da decoração e conservação do Palacete.

Cons:

Infelizmente há falta de comunicação entre os funcionários no que diz respeito ao hóspede, após fornecer os dados do cartão de crédito, em assinar os consumos feitos durante a estadia e pagar no Check-out.

Pros:

Hotel localizado numa zona calma. Mobilado e decorado com Bom Gosto.
Boa piscina com bom ambiente e bar.
Pequeno-almoço, apesar de não ter uma grande variedade, foi servido com produtos de Boa Qualidade.

Cons:

A água quente, na casa de banho, demorou um pouco a aparecer.
A garagem poderia ter uma entrada mais facilitada.

Muy agradable y relajante
Pros:

Me gusto mucho el hotel por dentro, la habitación era muy grande, la piscina agradable y el restaurante muy bien. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Estuvimos 4 días y tres de ellos la limpieza de la habitación estaba sin terminar. Es decir o me encontraba un mueble movido, sin arreglar del todo la cama o incluso el baño sin terminar de colocarlo. La limpieza estaba hecha pero no terminaban las cosas como que van muy rápido de habitación en habitación. También nos chocó mucho que nos cambiasen todos los días las toallas aunque estuviesen colocadas en las perchas. En muchos sitios se hace ya desde hace tiempo de otra forma.
Pero vamos en general bien.
