A piscina exterior poderia estar mais cuidada. As moscas tornam impossível a permanência na relva da piscina!

La cama comodísima, el desayuno genial, muy tranquilo y bien.
A las 22:30 de la noche el agua de la ducha salía templada… por otro lado la rejilla del aire de la habitación echaba aire frío y no había manera de quitarlo, estando ya en octubre que hacía frío no podíamos poner aire caliente, asique tuvimos que bajar el plomo porque no había opción de pararlo.
Great breakfast included. Staff also upgraded my stay at no additional cost.

Hotel super completo com infraestrutura de mini resort: uma piscina ótima, instalações para crianças, quadras, spa e academia!
Tudo está muito bem conservado e limpo.

Pelo nível do hotel era esperado um serviço mais cordial, principalmente no restaurante e na recepção.
O atendimento mais simpático foi dado pelas camareiras e equipe de limpeza!

Bei Ankunft eine Receptionistin, die ausser Portugiesisch keine andere Sprache beherrschte. Dass das Hotel relativ weit weg war von Coimbra war uns bekannt, im Nachhinein, ist es aber doch ein Aufwand, den Weg auf sich zu nehmen.
