Hotel très agréable ,personnel charmant, chambres spacieuses et piscine superbe ;

Pros:

Perfect job done to preserve cultural herritage, dinners in the restaurant and the massage in the wellbeing space were the best experiences.

Cons:

Although there is SPA zone and the swimming pool, there were no bathrobes to wear. Rather unsuccessful solution in terms of comfort.

Ideaal voor een snelle tussenstop
Pros:

Ideaal van ligging, op een kwartiertje ben je in Coimbra
Prachtig zwembad, niet heel koud (zoals in andere verblijven vaak het geval is)

Cons:

Steenhard bed!
Ontbijt was matig
Het stonk heel erg doorheen het hotel en vooral op de kamer een muffe geur

The swimming pool. The variety of fresh fruit at breakfast

Cons:

The shower doesn't work and when the issue was brought up to the hotel staff attention they were unable to offer suitable remediation. Breakfast was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. There was no yoghurt and the scrambled eggs were cold.

Zeer slecht servicegericht hotel.
Pros:

Ruim opgezet, prima parkeren en het zwembad was schoon maar meer ook niet.

Cons:

Het bed was ontzettend hard buiten het feit je we terug gingen in de tijd (bordeaux rode kamer), het personeel zeer onbeleefd en zeker niet servicegericht (kon geen lach af), de ligging naar Coimbra was 22 minuten maar wisten we vooraf, het ontbijt buffet na 8.30 was leeg en werd niet meer aangevuld ook niet na een vraag om nog een extra eitje en tomaat te krijgen. Tevens jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker op de kamer staat.
