Pros:

The hotel is pretty good and comfortable. It is very well located, and the staff is helpful. There is parking available right in front, and there is a cold water dispenser at the lobby, which is very helpful.

Cons:

The liquid soap is not good, it seemed like it was watered down, which made it very difficult to take a good shower

Good place to stay if you go by car and want to stay super near downtown
Pros:

Good place to stay at Valladolid if you want to be really near downtown. It has it's own parking lot infront of the hotel where we fortunately got space, maybe it would be good to specify in the reservation before if you want a parking space though the limited space for many cars to park. Rooms where clean, comfy, beautiful, spaceful, I liked to stay here and would stay again. It meeted all my expectations.

Cons:

The first price Booking told me about the place was $400 hundred pesos cheaper than it was at the end.

Bonita sorpresa & tranquilidad en el centro de la ciudad.
Pros:

El hotel es pequeñito y por fuera no llama mucho la atención pero te llevas una agradable sorpresa al ingresar a las instalaciones. Está super limpio en todas las áreas y las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen tamaño. El aire acondicionado funciona super bien y también hubo agua caliente en la ducha. El baño es muy bonito y de buen tamaño. Poco ruido exterior.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado una habitación en un piso más alto, y me preocupó un poco que el estacionamiento estuviera del otro lado de la calle, sin alguien vigilando. A pesar de eso parece ser un sitio seguro.

Tuve que pedir la devolución de mi pago ya que primero me asignaron una habitación qué olía mucho a pintura, me cambiaron a otra que no servía el aire acondicionado y por último me mencionaron que no tenían otra habitación disponible.
