Выбирайте большой номер с кондиционером
Pros:

У отеля шикарное местоположение, на проспекте Руставели во дворе, тихо- если другие гости отеля под окнами не трындят!
Номеров всего 10.
И если правильно выбрать на букинге номер, то за минимальные деньги, вы будете жить в нормальных условиях!!
Обязательно смотрите кв метры номера и берите самый большой! Обязательно с кондиционером, это значит есть окно.
Чистота поддерживается на высоком уровне, белье отдается в прачечную! Есть в номере Эл чайник!! Стиральная машина и утюг у сотрудницы !! Все без проблем! Заселение по кодовому замку после 17.00
Хозяйка всегда на связи и реагирует моментально! Вокруг море ресторанов. Магазинов. 2 станции метро. Пешком 15 мин старый город!! Жила летом, кондей работал отлично! Уборка по запросу!
По такой цене и с такими местоположением, это лучший вариант на проспекте!! Отдельное жилье, никаких хозяев!! И общих туалетов!!Поверьте, я поменяла 5 отелей и в этом останавливалась 5 раз за 3 месяца!!
Не берите самый дешёвый номер и не будет претензий!!

Pros:

Gefallen hat die Lage und die Inanspruchnahme eines Friseurbesuches nebenan.

Cons:

Toilette war schon vor dem Besuch in Einzelteile gefallen.
Es war sehr laut und die Haustüre war überraschenderweise abgeschlossen. Es waren einige Telefonate zur Klärung der Situation nötig.
Nur um einige der Nachteile zu nennen....

Worst, worst stay in Tblisi
Pros:

Worst stay ever , i booked an ac room with 3 beds, for me my wife and 6month old baby. The host gave a small conjusted room without ac, and she said this is the only room , if you want you can stay or leave. And when i cancelled the room she was not willing to repay. It was 10pm and couldnt find any room nearby. We somehow managed and left the place. They made our first day in Georgia horrible
