Hassle free - value for money
Pros:

It was hassle free stay, we got what we saw in the pictures. they were kind enough to accept 9am early check-in request which was a big plus for us. Good size room and bathroom, very clean. Lots of food options nearby

Als wir gebucht hatten, war der Preis für ein Zustellbett 30 €. Während dessen wurde der Preis um 10 € erhöht. Als ich mit meiner Frau getrennt ankamen, haben sie von ihr 40€ kassiert, obwohl vorher telefonisch mehrfach der alte Preis bestätigt wurde. Ich habe eine Nachricht geschrieben, kam eine Protzige Antwort. Auf die Anfrage bei Booking, welcher Preis jetzt gilt, antwortete Booking, 30€ ist der richte und das Hotel wird sich wegen der Rückzahlung mit uns in Verbindung setzen, aber bis Dato nichts geschehen. Die 10 € sind mir egal, beim nächsten Restaurant besuch wären die als Trinkgeld weg, es geht nur darum, wie das Personal im Hotel mit den Kunden umgeht.

Eine Übernachtung auf der Durchfahrt
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war für eine Nacht auf unserer Durchreise gebucht worde. Die Bitte per mail für 2 Einzelbetten wurden ermöglicht. Das Zimmer war klein, aber genügt für eine Übernachtung. Alles war tip top sauber. Die Matratzen etwas dünn und hart. Aber das ist ja Ansichtssache. Was wir überaus schätzten, war die Freundlichkeit der Person, die an diesem Tag srbeitete. Sie gab uns Empfehlungen über die Restaurants um abend zu essen, Tipps zum Frühstücken und Tanken. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist diese Adresse top!
