Elite Hotel

SLOVAK:
Vynikajuce ubytovanie. Velmi prijemny hotel v tichom prostredi. Personal velmi prijemny a napomocny. Velmi dobry pristup na letisko. Urcite sa vratine. Vrelo odporucam!!!
ITALIAN:
Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Si tratta di un albergo molto bello, tranquillo, pulito in una zona calma. I ragazzi sono stati molto di aiuto e si sentiva l'aria di famiglia. Comparando prezzo con servizio, devo dire che valeva pena di andarci. Wifi funziona bene e non è lontano dall' aeroporto. Verrei di nuovo di sicuro.

Excellent accommodation! Very pleasant and quiet hotel. Best personal, very pleasant and helpful. Very good access to the airport. I highly recommend !!!

ウズベキスタン旅行中、２回エリートホテルを利用する予定でしたが、２回ともオーバーブッキングで、近くのホテルを紹介され移動しました。
私だけではなく、他にもそのような宿泊者がいるようです。リーダー格のスタッフは、自分の車を昼間は知り合いに貸し、白タク営業をしています。カモはホテルの外国人宿泊者です。ホテル→飛行場に相場の5倍の料金を言ってきます。ろくでもない幹部スタッフです。外国人は宿泊しない方がいいと思います。金をだまし取る気満々です。

I would not know about the hotel except for the lobby. We got there about 8pm, the place was fairly dark outside. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the place. We then waited while the staff person made a couple call and we were directed to a hotel a couple km away. Luckly we had asked the taxi driver to wait so we had a ride to the new place.

I sent a message I will arrive late as my flight only lands at 01:00 did not receive a reply. I got @ the hotel after 2 am , the receptionist was sleeping under the desk took few minutes and some noise for him to make an appearance. He wasn’t speaking English at all, tried to show me on his phone with google translator that he doesn’t have a room for me. He called few people, than after 20 minutes tells me ( with google transl) that Expedia post the rooms too cheap, but he took the phone before I had a chance to take a photo . Than he said that I will have to move to another hotel which is not too far, and he called a taxi , that I had to pay of course. I only moved at 03:10 because I didn’t have a choice I had to go. I was 12 hr travelling I was exhausted. And of course the ‘ hotel’ I was sent to was horrible. It was apparently a 3 star hotel but looked more like a hostel, and it was freezing, no blankets, and strong smell of laminated floors polish. I spent most of the time there trying to find and book online a decent hotel. And of course last minute, all of centrally located hotels were fully booked or had outrageous rates.

confirmed reservations don't guarantee room availability; and hotels.com is not willing to help in case of unavailable room at a hotel. they simply leave you alone with the problem, only repeating how sorry they are.
