The place is very aesthetic, very quiet and clean, but lacks initiative in terms of cleaning the room, refilling of bottled water, tissues and towels. And also, the shower is running so slow. But above all, kudos to the staff. They're very friendly and accommodating.

The meals I had tasted very good although some of the meat had a little too much fat. The room was big and the cooling and water pressure were good.
The coffee was subpar. The best they had was a pour over and it was too sour. Also the wifi did not reach into the room so you had to go to the common areas just to use it.
The staff were so nice and very helpful when it came to answering my questions! The location is amazing and the area is beautiful! Not to mention the food was delicious too. Would absolutely recommend

Cute resort with amazing personnel. Food was good and shakes better than the one you find in town.
We came in December so low season, constant wind and fresh air was unbeatable!
There is no WiFi in the rooms but only close to the reception, which is a great digital detox but doesn’t come handy when you are arranging the next steps of your trip or you got an emergency at work and need to pick up emails.
Compared to the rest of options, the private beach if the resort was the cleanest and best well kept, you can have a nice view for dinner and the stuff was very helpful.
They located us in a room and looked nothing like the pictures, paint coming off the wall, ants in the room (this is an issue for all rooms), no hot water. They did change us to a similar room that has less issues but the standard of the room is pretty low.
I had breakfast on the beach every morning which the very friendly staff brought to me. There was a lot of choice on the menu. The accommodation is basic but the hotel is in a great location, close to other resorts on Santa Fe and close to the shops. The beach is beautiful and unspoilt.
On Monday morning at 7am new building works started, within a metre and a half in front of my door. By 9am I figured the hammering would probably continue all day, which it did, and so I requested to move to a new room ... which they obliged. But I had to ask. Also, payment for accommodation is cash or bank transfer only - so be ready with setting up international transfer with your bank or have wads of cash on hand.
Room and beach
This place is okay. Nothing really special for their rooms. It's pretty decent but my husband was uncomfy with the bed although it didn't bother me. We also noticed that during the night when it's so peaceful, we can hear people talking in the other rooms which seems uncomfy for us. But overall, their food, the staff, the view, and the location were great. I just hope they will upgrade their facilities more and their rooms as well.

Location not desirable. Road leading to hotel was in poor condition, muddy. Room was so-so. Price should have been a lot less. Sub par hotel room.
