Very clean & plenty of tea & coffee facilities
We did not see any staff at all during our stay
Clean l, good location, comfortable
Breakfast wasn't good value for money
Lots of local places to get breakfast from, wouldn't waste money on in house breakfast.
Clean, great location really high standard decor etc
Very well equipped.
Great location.
Great coffee.
No lift, although only a minor point.
My bathroom glass was broken and leaked.
The cleanliness, the comfort and the location.
Nice large, clean, comfortable room situated in the heart of Lytham town center. Room kitted out with everything you require coupled with a nice large bathroom.
My only minor gripes were that the wi-fi was a little hit and miss during my stay which affected ability to conduct work/video calls and the hot water took a fair few minutes to come through; nothing major enough for me to dislike my stay but thought I’d mention.
The location was great and central to the town centre. Parking not available at the site itself which is understandable for a for a town centre hotel but reasonably priced close by.
I thought it was a little overpriced for what is effectively just the bedroom and the self service aspect.
Everything was spot on. Excellent. Will would highly recommend.
We will be re visiting again soon.
Spotless room, great location
Location couldn’t be better.
Very clean and stylishly decorated with very modern appliances
Very minor…..draft from window which does have secondary glazing which is costing you as radiator directly below. Couldn’t see where exactly it was coming from and
Location perfect, breakfast good, directions and communication v good, value for money excellent
Good choice to use mode for a happy stay in Lytham 😀
Nothing all good
Great location, modern room, easy check in
I stayed here with my granddaughter for a treat as we saw a show in Blackpool. We got a twin room as requested, but our room which on the top floor, so no window view - I know the hotel was not full that night, so did wonder why we were given a room at the top. (Felt like we were in an attic room). On our return, we watched abit of tv before bed, all the power in the room went off, I checked the hallway, everything was still on. I took the card out for the power, it did come back on, it did this twice- unsure if it was on a timer. In the morning, I was woken up by a gentleman on his phone, walking up & down the corridor talking very loudly - it was 7.24. I’m assuming it was a member of staff as I heard them go in a room at the end of the corridor(maybe office). I could still hear him in the room. I then heard a buzzer/ intercom, again same man answered & was talking to a deliveroo driver. He said he thought he saw him on the stairs, but didn’t realise who he was, ‘as he looked too sophisticated’ Again this was 7.30 in the morning !! Our stay was supposed to be relaxing with a lie in for the last day of the holidays but was rudely awakening by this disruption. It did take the shine off our visit, as we decided to stay in Lytham to avoid the Saturday chaos, noise & disruption of Blackpool 😳
Great location & good set up
Heating - wasn’t warm enough and even though we tried we were unable to get the room any warmer.
No hot water for the 2 days we were there- we raised the issue with the contact & they advised housekeeping would sort it out but unfortunately it wasn’t rectified.
