Great location and very efficient check in .
Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Large, easy to use tv and coffee/tea facilities.

Cons:

Perfect place in the centre of Lytham !
Pros:

Everything was spot on, location, it was clean, good facilities and the little continental breakfast bag ! It l’a not staffed 24/7 but I don’t mundur. Yes at the weekend you can hear hustle and bustle outside but it didn’t bother me , I’ve slept like a baby. It’s excellent value for money and i would stay here again! I have stayed in a big hotel nearby before and it was not as clean as Mode..
