Change breakfast everyday if included in package or not ..
Pros:

I like cleanness, behaviour of staff , accomodation, facilities, so an so etc..

Cons:

I didn't like the morning breakfast because for two days they give me the same breakfast, they should change there breakfast every day , so that guest feel happy ...

Nothing except the location.

Cons:

Breakfast serving time. Ideally it should start from 7am. Here they start at 8am. We asked around 7.45am whether they can provide breakfast with what they have, they refused.

Not a pleasant stay. I don't think I can return to stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was to South Indian taste. Atleast you should have served bread butter too.

Cons:

The linen were terrible. Oil spots on the bed sheets. Dirty and unwashed.
Small cockroaches roaming in the room.

I have 02 days stay with breakfast they provide breakfast in three or four option only in fruits they only provide watermelon 🍉 and little apple if I asked they told me only this thing is available next day I have train 8:00hrs in the morning I told manager that I have younger baby with me plz packed my breakfast before 07:45 the manager told me that not possible there is no facility like 3 star hotel don't stay here
