Unprofessional. Try to avoid.
Pros:

Nothing really. For a hotel at this price, performance is very poor. Below expected in every category I can think of although the place is not totally a wasteland.

Cons:

They try to pinch out money from people. Overpriced snacks and drinks are in the room but there is no mention about their cost, anywhere. You should first come ask reception about the price. Usually people would expect they are complimentary, especially given the price of the room compared to location.

Bed is uncomfortable. Even worse than what a hostel offers. No blankets on bed, they are tossed in a closet. Not to mention the blankets aren't even clean. They are covered with dust and what not debris. Pillows are clean at least.

No safety box in room although the booklet mentions about it (to clean their hands of possible theft). I would not leave valuables alone.

None of the staff speak English, at all. Rare for a hotel in Ha Noi. Claims to be 24/7 reception but they are not present a lot of times. There's multiple staff but they usually go together to smoke outside? Well, that's what I saw on multiple occasions. You have to go outside with a translator to get answers, which some of them cannot even answer, for example I didn't even get answers about National Day or restaurant recommendations. Do not expect much.

Location sucks, there's nothing but a highway nearby. Even a grocery shop is 20 mins walk away.

You cannot cook or do laundry yourself. Shower is quite bad, not enough pressure.

Thank you for a very nice stay!
Pros:

As a foreigner, what I care about most is security and room safety, both of which were excellent. The building had an elevator. The room had it's own private bathroom, was large with 2 double beds, with both A/C and overhead fan, a small frig and electric kettle, and a small standing room only balcony. Some items in the room were free (i.e. tea bags, water bottle), and some had a charge (i.e. items in the frig, instant noodles). The staff used Google translator for communication. One excellent feature - the room key card slips into a holder inside the room door which controls electricity to various things in the room. When the card is removed to leave the room, all those things in the room automatically turn off.

Cons:

The shower water had to be run a while to get it hot, the water flow was less than I'm used to but adequate, the beds were VERY hard (normal, I'm told, in Vietnam) but surprisingly never effected my sleep (jet lag helped!), and at home, I live in the country, so the street traffic was occasionally noisy to me.

Pros:

Weder wurden das Zimmer gereinigt noch der Muelleimer entsorgt. Das Zimmer haette einer Grundreinigung bedurft. Da das Personal kein Englisch verstand, war eine Verstaendigung darueber nicht moeglich.
Das Personal war voellig inkompetent, wusste noch nicht einmal, wann der Bus direkt vor der Hoteltuer faehrt. Die Hauptaufgabe bestand darin mit dem Mobilphone in der Hand herumzulungern.
Das ist nur hartgesottenen zu empfehlen.

Dont stay here!
Pros:

Sunkigt hotell, nergånget och ofräscht. Ingen städning under 3 nätter, hotellet låg 30-60 minuter bilresa från old quarter beroende på trafik. Enligt kartan på hotels.com skulle vara centralt. Stenhårda sängar.

地図の場所とホテルの場所は10kmも違います。地図を見てホテルに行っても、そこは民家です。場所があまりにも違うので当日キャンセルしたら、しっかりキャンセル代を取られました。キャンセル代と余計に掛かった交通費はエクぺディアからもらいました。地図は参考にならないのでご注意を。

Pros:

Too far away from old quarter (10kms), and all of the major attractions. No restaurant, and no maid service for 5 days. Beds are very hard and no one speaks english either. Very disapointing.

FAKE ADDRESS
Pros:

The address they claim on hotels.com and other websites is 100000% incorrect. It says they’re in the old quarter, but when I arrived to this address, it is a completely different hotel. The real location is 9 km away from the old quarter. They have two addresses when you search them on google maps, and of course they put the fake, yet more desirable, address on hotels.com. This is a scam and false advertising.
