Cons:

The apartment had a broken window in one of the rooms which brought in a lot of cold air the heaters weren’t working a gas heater was available but had no gas had to wait for an 2 hours for gas to be brought they brought in replacement heater which one was broken they came in to fix the window with a plastic and tape and there was 6 people in the apartment at some point strangers we don’t know coming in and out the apartment in the evening the apartment is good and looks good but it lacks maintenance and the hosts employees lack some professionalism.

Penthouse life
Pros:

The penthouse is centrally located. Easy access to almost all you need. Victoria was always available for assistance. Located on a busy street but when inside the penthouse, you can't hear the noise from outside. Beds are so comfortable. Will definitely visit again.

Cons:

Please consider having a door for the bedroom for privacy purposes. Would be nice to have a toaster as well.

Disappointed really
Cons:

Firstly when I booked the penthouse they didn't send us the unit no and secondly the penthouse was double booked so we have to pay R400 extra so we could get another unit and it was inconvenience for coz we already had a budget the worst lift where not working so we had to use stairs to 7 floor and the penthouse was not prepare for any visitors plus the wi fi was not working worst experience ever we where so disappointed

It was good value for money.
Pros:

I like the amount of space and seating that was available.

Cons:

The access card for the gate was not made available to me, so every time I wanted to leave the building with the car I had to go to the security guard first. Apparently the guests who had stayed there before me lost it/left with it.

Awful
Cons:

There was no power for the whole day on our second day. We had to use the stairs from ground floor to the 7th floor. We couldn’t cook and we had to enquire with the owner he was very rude and didn’t even offer us power banks/ lights so we can be able to request food since we couldn’t cook. Also yes the bedding was white but the pillows were dirty
