Room was very small.
Nice pool. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very small room , no tv, but good closet for clothes. Close to foyer so you hear everything in hallway and front desk. No view in sitting area outside which was disappointing. Glass doors don’t block noise either so noise was the worst bad though thankfully fairly quiet at time except for some music playing outside…. Earplugs helped. Over priced in my opinion for 1 night.

Stayed at Pal Mar for eight days at the beginning of February. The room is comfortable and well appointed. It and all of the common areas were kept spotlessly clean. Great location, off the Main Street but close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roosters were a bit annoying but we found if you kept the bathroom door closed and ran the air conditioning, the white noise helped. Not a big problem for us. The pool area is nice but not huge. We chose to spend most of our time at the beach anyway. Pal Mar is an excellent, boutique hotel. Highly recommended.
Excellent location within walking distance of all the town offers and the beach. They provide umbrellas chairs and towels for the beach as well as no charge.
Staff was friendly and rooms immaculately clean. Well stocked kitchen in our space and lovely patio looking onto the pool. Beautiful tropical plantings within the pool courtyard. If you are sensitive to noise I suggest booking a room in the back of the hotel. The town is vibrant and friendly and the beaches are beautiful. Can’t go wrong!
Pal.Mar is a beautiful hotel. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is immaculate. The location is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. As a solo woman travel, I felt completely safe, both at the hotel and around town. The kitchen had everything one could need, and free fresh coffee to brew. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, the hotel provided purified water. I recommend this hotel very much.
We stay here several times a year! It feels like home and that’s because of the people and the place. So convenient to town and all the things there.

Rooms near the entrance are so very noisy, and staff don't care about those rooms and they have their meetings just around those rooms really early and seems like they just don't care
My husband and I usually stay at boutique hotels wherever we travel. We are not the all-inclusive resort types at all. Our room had a full kitchen so we could do breakfast and lunch in our rooms. The balcony was very pleasant to sit in the evening and drink a glass of wine. Super close to markets where you can get fresh fruit and vegetables that you can sanitize and eat. You can get quality Mexican wine at El Indio nearby. There is a yoga studio next door with great classes. Thank you to all the staff who were professional and made us feel welcome.
We had a lovely stay here. The room was big, and had nice balcony. There were curtains provided to block out the light, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool was clean and refreshing, surrounded by comfy loungers, and we received excellent service from the staff.

La habitación es bastante acogedora y cuenta con lo necesario, agua caliente, secadora de pelo, agua y café de cortesía, wifi, cama cómoda, sin embargo, a mi pareja le hubiese gustado ver tv antes de dormir, para mí no fue problema porque no soy fan de la tv.

Staff was very accommodating and great location
Our assigned room was located on the corridor between the entrance and the reception desk, and the lack of soundproofing made the noise levels untenable. As a result, we had to check out early.
At the time of our departure, the receptionist agreed to provide a refund for the remaining days of our booking that were not used.
Palmar is my go to spot when visiting San Pancho. I don't mind paying a little extra to have a spacious room that is quite comfortable. I also like the location as it is quiet and close to the beach.
