Rooms near the entrance are so very noisy, and staff don't care about those rooms and they have their meetings just around those rooms really early and seems like they just don't care
We had a lovely stay here. The room was big, and had nice balcony. There were curtains provided to block out the light, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool was clean and refreshing, surrounded by comfy loungers, and we received excellent service from the staff.

La habitación es bastante acogedora y cuenta con lo necesario, agua caliente, secadora de pelo, agua y café de cortesía, wifi, cama cómoda, sin embargo, a mi pareja le hubiese gustado ver tv antes de dormir, para mí no fue problema porque no soy fan de la tv.

Staff was very accommodating and great location
Our assigned room was located on the corridor between the entrance and the reception desk, and the lack of soundproofing made the noise levels untenable. As a result, we had to check out early.
At the time of our departure, the receptionist agreed to provide a refund for the remaining days of our booking that were not used.
Palmar is my go to spot when visiting San Pancho. I don't mind paying a little extra to have a spacious room that is quite comfortable. I also like the location as it is quiet and close to the beach.

Location was fantastic. Very central. The staff provide excellent service with extra towels and beach chairs. Having the pool is a nice escape from the beach. Easy to come and go from during the day.
The building itself is not sound proof whatsoever. Very noisy all the time. Both from the nightlife, roosters and other guests. We were near the front desk and the staff don’t seem to pay any particular attention to how loud their conversations can be with guests or checking people out. Also the room we were in was very humid.. our sheets felt damp going to bed and nothing dried. Little privacy but for the location we really liked it. And given it’s such a small town I do think it’s one of the nicer hotels.
The property is cute, stylish and has an excellent location for walkability.
The only thing of note is that it’s near a place that keep roasters caged. Like, maybe 25 of them so you’re going to hear those all morning and day.

My husband and I were looking for a place where we would have our own room, but also have a separate room for a family member. After checking out several Airbnb‘s this was a much better solution for us and very affordable. An easy walk to everything with so much care and attention to details in so many ways. We absolutely love the sustainable touches and get the owners huge kudos for that. The bed is very comfortable pillows were beautiful and the pool side, pleasant and a good place to meet other people. Our room was down near the pool and it was pretty dark, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it so that was fine. I would say be careful if you are taking a cab from this location because our driver was not the most honest and did not give us correct change if you go there bring your own drinks because they do not have a bar but bars, bakeries and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance. I love this place and hope to return again someday.
