Завтрак нормальный, но начинается слишком поздно, в 8.00. Один день пришлось отказаться от завтрака, так как надо было выйти из отеля в 8.00

Cons:

Начинать завтрак с 7.00. Сделать так, чтобы работал кондиционер. В платяном шкафу, в номере, была всего одна вешалка. В номере, к сожалению, нет прикроватного освещения, приходилось пользоваться светом в телефоне. Чтобы выключить свет, надо встать с кровати.

Все чисто и аккуратно. Прекрасные кровати и бельё. Есть халаты)))

Cons:

Нет шампуня, геля для душа, зубной щетки и т.д.

Pros:

Service at reception, e.g. changing of room when a (ventilator duct) noise issue emerged, apologizing when breakfast service did not materialize in a timely manner.

Cons:

When checking guest's minibars during frequent check-outs during the night, staff should rather not walk around in heels, noisy click-clacks on tiled hallway floors do not help with sleeping.

Ottimo hotel e molto gentili
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e con tutti i servizi, personale molto cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo lasciato una valigia per oltre 10 giorni che ci hanno tenuto mentre noi facevamo trekking. Partiti alle 5 di mattina per aeroporto ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta. Proprio bravi

Cons:

Non c'è l'ascensore, lo diciamo solo x eventuali problemi e per bagagli pesanti. Ma l'hotel ha solo 2 piani.
