Pros:

A acomodação do hotel cumpre o que promete. O chuveiro é muito bom e o quarto super ok! E o principal: o ar-condicionado funcionou super bem!

Cons:

É mais sobre a localização. Fica a uma distância razoável do centro de Heidelberg. Há transporte, mas um dia à noite voltei a pé e achei o caminho meio complicado desde a Hauptbahnhof. De qualquer forma, é muito perto justamente da estação central do DB. Entãp, na volta funcionou bem

Booked 2 rooms, one room had a dirty sheet and the other pillow cases were dirty. There was no free option for dropping luggage for early check-in. The receptionist was non responsive and ignoring us. The room cabinets were dirty, my pants got stuck to it and had to wash my pants to remove the sticky substance from it. They had only one person to clean the rooms, maybe they should look to hire more to not get overwhelmed for checking and so strict for check-in time.

Konumu cok iyi tren garına 700 m mesafede

Cons:

Odaya giris saatimiz cok geç oldu. 12.30 da otele ulaştık. Odaya esnek giris saati sağlanmadı. 2 saat bizi beklettiler. Bunun yanında bavulları 3 saatliğine emanet almak icin ücret istediler. Lobi kismi rahat değildi. Odada su ısıtıcı cay vs yoktu. Duş kismi dardı. Havalandırma çalışmıyordu.

Pros:

Fint hotel til en overnatning. God beliggenhed og nem adgang til byen. Der var også god plads til parkering, hvilket gjorde opholdet ekstra bekvemt. Alt i alt et godt valg til et kort ophold i Heidelberg.
