Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean and the surfaces needed a wipe down. Communal bins directly outside the rear entry were pretty rank and attached flies - could smell them inside. Photos made the room look significantly larger than it was. Noisy late at night with other guests playing music and loitering in the corridor outside our room. I don't like giving negative reviews but even at the cheap rate I expect a clean, hygienic place to stay. A small bar fridge in the room would also be good... It was the "superior" suite.

A nice, secure, warm, comfortable bed for the night with a clean and well presented shared bathroom.
Pros:

Clean, warm, nice shared bathroom. The staff were outstanding. The bed was adequate - perfectly comfortable without being a stand out. The room was good, with everything I needed for an 11:30 pm arrival, sleep, and leave early the next day.

Cons:

Was hard to find at first. But once I found the entrance round the back. It was easy from there .. There was also a smell in the entrance & hallways.. hope they sort it out.

Cons:

Smelly bins at the entrance. No jug, or coffee or milk in room. Coffee available in communal kitchen but no milk. Got coffee from restaurant attached, was average coffee.

Pros:

Bed was comfy, nice and warm, great location. Staff in restaurant were friendly, guest lounge was beautiful, nice, clean and relaxing

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, bedsheets were wet on the bed, water pressure was bad in the shower and water cold.
