Pros:

Location was good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Our bed was very uncomfortable and the curtain didn't cover the whole window so we had light shinning into our room the whole night. The dry room smelled of mice excrement and made our towels smell.

Freezing Cold, would reccomend a Soviet gulag instead.
Pros:

Central location in ohakune was good.

Cons:

- no heating
- no hot water
- curtains barely blocked light
- freezing cold
- bed was like sleeping on a big ass Swiss ball.

Pros:

Very affordable and nice staff all around.

Cons:

If you’re not a fan of noises, bring some ear plugs or ear pods to block out the sound. The wall is definitely not sound proof nor being so close to the main road.

Good. I’d like to repeat to stay.
Pros:

Location is good. The staffs are good.

Cons:

Water in shower is not so hot even cold after 10:30.
I don’t know when earlier before 10:00.

Nice staff but place needs an attention.
Pros:

Nice staff, clean kitchen.

Cons:

Bathroom needed maintenance, shower sills falling off, blocked sinks and drains. Heat lamps not operational. No working smoke alarms. No cutlery of enough tea/coffee in kitchen

Cheap and cheerful accomodation for the night. Warm & cozy, spa available and the restaurant was great.
Pros:

The location was very good and the price was excellent

Cons:

Shared bathroom heater wasn’t working so it was very cold in there

Pros:

Warm and centrally located. Helpful staff and a nice room at a reasonable price

Cons:

The layout was a bit confusing and water was flowing out from the spa room onto the path. Quite a long walk from the carpark to the accommodation

Cons:

The shower had no pressure, the bathroom sink was blocked, there was an extra charge for guests to use the spa which wasn't disclosed at booking, we were not informed about the restaurant discount for guests so had to request a refund

Basic accomodation okay for price. Restaurant and spa were standout. Great location.
Pros:

Associated Thai resturant has the best food in Ohakune. Made use of the health Spa and spa pool, which were both great. Shower was okay and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It is noisy you could hear neighbouring rooms and talking in corridor. Bed head shook when doors were closed. most facilities were showing age and needed updating.
