Cons:

Tive uma péssima experiência neste hotel. A equipe da recepção é muito boa, mas o quarto era horrível. Os leçóis velhos e encardidos (dava nojo de deitar), uma infiltração enorme no teto (acordei com goteiras pingando no meu rosto. Café da manhã ruim. Enfim, reservei dois dias mais só fiquei uma noite.

Boa opção para estadias curtas, com ótima localização e custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, especialmente para quem precisa ficar perto da rodoviária Tietê, metrô ou eventos no Center Norte. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, e o hotel tem um bom custo-benefício para estadias rápidas

Cons:

O hotel é bem simples e alguns pontos poderiam melhorar, como o café da manhã (bem básico). Também pode haver barulho e pequenos problemas de manutenção em alguns ambientes, como o ar condicionado.
