Pros:

L'hotel ha pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Si trova a circa 7-8 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di Kyoto, una posizione davvero strategica per visitare la città e spostarsi facilmente.

Le camere sono pulite e spaziose per gli standard giapponesi. Il bagno è fornito di tutto il necessario per la toilette e la pulizia giornaliera è stata sempre impeccabile.

Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sia nel custodire i nostri bagagli il giorno della partenza sia nel chiamarci un taxi quando, a causa della pioggia, ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. All'ingresso sono inoltre disponibili degli ombrelli da utilizzare gratuitamente, un servizio davvero apprezzato.

La colazione è essenziale, con una maggiore scelta di prodotti salati e tipici giapponesi rispetto a quelli occidentali, ma per noi è stata più che soddisfacente.

Ogni sera viene inoltre offerto un piccolo happy hour incluso nel soggiorno, un'attenzione molto gradita. Ho anche utilizzato la lavasciuga disponibile al secondo piano, un servizio molto comodo durante il viaggio.

Grazie a tutto lo staff per l'ospitalità: tornerei volentieri in questo hotel.

Pros:

Gestione affabile, staff sempre disponibile, colazione ottima e varia, la posizione consente di essere alla stazione in pochi minuti, sul lato opposto della strada l'hotel fronteggia un grande centro commerciale, la qual cosa non è da sottovalutare.

Cons:

Nulla che dipendesse dalla struttura che ci ha ospitati.

Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, het ontbijt was prima, de kamers waren schoon en de bedden lekker. Bovendien is de ligging ook gunstig.

Cons:

Er was maar 1 lift die ook werd gebruikt door het personeel. Daar kan niemand wat aan doen, maar het zorgt toch voor iets mindere doorstroom en langere wachttijd bij de lift. :)

Pros:

The front desk staff did a wonderful job. The housekeepers put extra toiletries on our doorknob every morning, which was a bit unnecessary but displayed dedication. Amazing breakfast. Amazing selection of drinks. Pillow exchange system was great! Onsen was a huuuuge plus! Best experience hotel ever.

Cons:

We did see some clean towel stacks resting on the floor (not very sanitary) in between rooms while they did housekeeping.

Está situado a unos 12 minutos andando de la estación de Kioto, relación calidad precio buena!
