Pros:

The Deluxe double room was comfortable and even had two chairs, a particular like of mine.
The onsen was nicely set up and not too crowded either time I went.
We had breakfast both days and it was beautifully prepared with a wide selection of Japanese dishes, including fish and salads, not just starchy foods. We loved it so much that we also tried a set meal one evening, and had the best experience! It had sushi, salads, hot pot, and tempura, as well as a taste of beautiful desert.
