Funky style, great location
Pros:

Funky style! Great location near the main strip with all the trendy shops. Also nearby the various jade markets.

Pros:

La posizione eccellente vicinissimo ad uno dei giardini più importanti di Suzhou. Al check-in abbiamo chiesto se fosse disponibile una Camera grande avendo due valigie ingombranti e ci hanno accolto la richiesta senza problemi.

Cons:

La mancanza dell'ascensore non è da sottovalutare ma lo staff giovane è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti.

A quirky lovely hotel and great staff
Pros:

Fantastic hotel tucked away but close to the Humble Administrator’s Gardens and one of the nicest streets in Suzhou. The room was magnificent with a separate area for sitting. The hotel’s public space was really quirky and I enjoyed sitting there passing the time with a book. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Who is the most relaxing and homely long stay that I have had in all of my travelling.

The ambience of this hotel is quite unique and the staff are always there to serve a very friendly

This Christmas we felt at home in this hotel
Pros:

The spirit of this place is electric and you feel at home not in a hotel. Art work and furniture is so tastefully chosen. It’s in the center of town and short walk to train and shops are a block away. Staff are superb.

Beautiful place.
Pros:

It’s just such a special place. The art work the cafe the boutique the architecture the rooms the whole place is amazing. It’s in a very accessible place 1.5 km from central station you can easily walk to this hotel

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Ohne daß wir fragten, wurde für unser Wohlergehen gesorgt. Das Hotel ist in direkter Nähe zur Altstadt. Alles ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet
