Cool hotel in a great location and with excellent staff.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location near attractions and many restaurants. The room was huge, and I found the bed really comfortable with a wonderfully warm duvet. Staff were also very kind and did their best to ensure I was comfortable including touching base with me via WeChat.

Cons:

The climate control didn’t function as expected, which led to a build up of moisture in the room as the shower is not fully enclosed. As the weather was mild though, I ended up opening the windows which resolved this. The staff also offered to provide additional fans to help, but was not required in the end.

Cool vibe, friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Cool industrial chique vibe, great location close to 2 metro stops, the Master if Nets Garden, and a great high street. Really lovely staff (shout out to the guy in the Beanie hat who was so friendly), a cafe downstairs and excellent communication vis WeChat

Cons:

It was all great. One thing to note is that there’s no breakfast but you can either go out or grab a croissant from Hello Bread the night before and have it with your morning coffee.

Very nice artsy hotel, very pleasant staff
Pros:

We had an extremely nice short stay at this hotel. The Hotel itself is amazing, full of beautiful art, very tasteful. It has a cafe and a shop downstairs and it’s really a beautiful and quirky place. The staff is extremely helpful: they gave me their WeChat contact for any problem I might have, and were extremely helpful with our big luggage, taking us with it to our room! Consider that the hotel has no lift, however it has a very limited number of floors. Staff might perhaps give more information on where any of the art pieces at the hotel can be purchased, and whether they have any activities you might take part to. Very quiet area, despite having a room facing the street, it was fully silent at night. Bed was quite firm but very comfortable for us. Room was very spacious, good level of cleaning. Consider at least 10’ walking to nearest metro station.

Cons:

Unfortunately the toilet has no sound nor visual privacy; the bathroom area is fully open and we were ok with that, but the room pictures did not show that the toilet stall does not even have a door! We are used to toilet stalls in China where you have no sound privacy (ie. door open above), but no visual privacy either is a bit too much and neither the room pictures nor the description specified it. I suggest either writing it down clearly, or taking a picture, or putting some doors or curtain.

We did liked the location and according to a local cover this one is a very good spot. The staff was very kind and even brought our luggage to the rooms, as there is no elevator.

Pros:

Good location, very friendly staff - amazing coffee downstairs!

The design of the space was absolutely unique!

Cons:

The room was a bit dirty - long black hair in the toilet and in the bedsheet - the shower wouldn’t actually drain and water would stagnate in the middle of the floor. So had shower first night as I didn’t know but then the night after the old water was still in there and didn’t feel to shower in there again

Pros:

This hotel has been the best of my trip to China, I should have stayed longer! The staff is exceptionally friendly and competent, always eager to help. The rooms are big and beautifully arranged and it is so convenient that there's a cafe at the reception, with a confortable area to hang out. No complaint whatsoever, only praise!

Pros:

The staff are exceptionally helpful, specially Leo at the reception will do his best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Plus the rooms were much spacious than other hotels I stayed.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist mit einer kleinen Kunstgalerie verbunden. Das gibt einen "alternativen" Flair.
Keine Frühstücksoption. Es gibt vom Personal aber per Wechat gute Tipps für Frühstücksrestaurants. War perfekt und sehr gut.
Sehenswürdigkeiten teilweise fussläufig sonst günstig mit Didi zu erreichen.

Pros:

This is such a great hotel to stay in Suzhou. Great area, and the hotel and its staff are nothing short of amazing. The coffee shop downstairs makes exceptional coffee.
I can't speak more highly of the staff, they were always accommodating and friendly.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great artistic touches throughout the room and hotel.
I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Suzhou.

Excellent choice in Suzhou
Pros:

It is a great experience staying in a cool cultural place. You can find a cafe, art exhibition and clothing store in the ground floor. The room is tidy, clean, and completely sound-proof so it helps me a lot to have a good sleep and recover myself. Great place to choose in Suzhou

Cons:

A bit far from public transport, but with cheap Didi it is totally worth it
