Pros:

einfach und ok. wir hatten keinen kühlschrank, auf anfrage wurde einer sofort geliefert. die putzfrau war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. und sogar wlan gab es! abholung am hafen hat bestens geklappt - wenn man keine hohen ansprüche hat fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl.

Cons:

bett war etwas schmuddelig, aber ich bin da auch sehr heikel 😉

Absolut in Ordnung für die Zwei-Sterne-Kategorie
Pros:

Die Lage war gut.
Der Strand ist super und schnell zu erreichen.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und absolut flexibel bei Änderungswünschen.
Man wird kostenlos von der Fähre abgeholt und zur Fähre gebracht.

Cons:

Es war alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Natürlich muss man immer beachten in welchem Preisniveau man bucht und seine Ansprüche dementsprechend anpassen.

Disclaimer: Great stay since upgrading after reading bad reviews
Pros:

DisclaiDisclaimer: After reading all the bad reviews, we decided to last minute upgrade to a Deluxe Bedroom directly in the resort which wasn't nearly as cheap but still well within reason.
We did check out the location on the other side of the road and much further back at night, but the only thing that we can say ist, the one on the other side of the road looked good from the outside, the one further back closer to the pier looked older. No idea about the inside. We suspect that upkeep during corona was too high so the bungalows/rooms outside of the resort degraded.
What we can say is that the staff was super friendly, professional and helpful all around, so maybe it was more about the expectations or how angry others already were when they talked to staff.
We did not regret the upgrade though. Room was super clean and modern, very close to the beach, pool, bars and restaurants (I recommend walking along the beach), locationwise it was amazing. We did not try the bar/restaurant of the resort.mer: After reading al

The breakfast was nothing special and I didn't realize they make eggs on request. Wasn't bad either, just had better at cheaper hotels.

Not to our expectations
Pros:

We had to change rooms three times. The best place to stay if you'd like peace and quiet is across the street and the little bungalows. Only problem is most of them don't have TV if you're interested in tv.

Cons:

Several of the front desk staff were actually rude. We had trouble with our room key and needed it to be changed several times, our air conditioning broke and there was loud music coming from a club that made us need to change rooms. The decking around the pool was broken and cracked and dangerous. There were several days where the pool water was extremely cloudy. The breakfast was dismal and the coffee was horrible. This is not a resort level hotel.
