Pros:

We loved the overall architecture and design of the hotel which included beautiful living wall gardens and sculptures throughout.

Cons:

In the room the low level of lighting was sometimes a tad impractical.

A brilliant spot for a weekend away
Pros:

Stylishly decorated room with the lovely touch of a Tasmanian apple on each bedside table. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities, the heated bathroom floor was very welcome and the long , deep bath was used nightly
Very convenient to everything we wanted, quiet room at the rear of the property. Lovely welcome from Tina when we arrived, all staff we encountered were great ambassadors for the hotel

Cons:

There was no full length mirror in the room, problematic when dressing for a wedding. Would have preferred larger mugs for tea, the thimble sized coffee cups were just too small for a decent hot drink

Pros:

Friendly staff, great location

Cons:

Little confusing at check in as there are two possible and separate places. No one at the one we initially went to and phone did not work. Limited parking! Would have been great to been told parking on the street was free over night and a good option

Friendly staff, the heritage room accommodation was lovely.
Pros:

On arrival I was unhappy with our allocated room which was dark, modern and small. The photos on booking.com were deceptive. However we discussed this with the hotel staff member who was very helpful and and moved us to a heritage room. This was better in size and reflected the room we thought we had booked and photos. We really appreciated the staff members friendliness and helpfulness. The hotel was on the harbour side, close to restaurants, bars as well as town centre and nearby beaches.

The room was fabulous. Great design detail and a really good size. Loved the colours, timber and the size of the room. The bed was really comfortable

Pros:

The room was beautiful, comfortable and cosy. The rock wall and planting just made it extra special. The king bed was super cosy and pillows were perfect and im extra picky. The room far exceeded my expectations.
Staff we all welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, we had trouble with the AC unit and it was fixed and sorted the next day.

Cons:

Being above Manky Sally's the noise from the pub was a little annoying especially if you weren't enjoying a drink in there.
