Everything was perfect for our 2 day stay in Hobart
Pros:

We loved staying at Moss and would definitely stay here again. Location is fantastic, customer service wonderful - it ticked every box for our stay.

Cons:

The only thing I would say if be picking, the lighting could be a bit brighter in the room

Great Staff friendly and very helpful.
Location was excellent.
Even though I've put some comments below we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Cons:

We were in room 13 and we found the room and bathroom to be quite dark Also found the glass wall and door of the bathroom a bit unusual. No privacy.

Beautiful Rooms but hard to find from the 'second' building location.
Pros:

The beautiful room and room amenities, the terrific location.

Cons:

The lack of formal reception (no formal welcome, no hotel breakfast room, no hotel bar etc.) and the 'two locations' which was very confusing and the rear entry (to our rooms) was not welcoming & hard to find with limited signage.
