Very noisey, the aircon upstairs turned on in the middle of the night and made a loud grinding sound and also the lighting in the rooms is confusing

Small room but well decorated and comfortable
Pros:

It was in a good location but we were not informed until a couple of days prior to our stay that we would be staying at the other Moss Hotel accommodation at 25 Salamanca instead of 39 Salamanca place.

A terrific experience and would book again
Pros:

The location was suburb and the staff were super friendly and accommodating

Cons:

A minor issue was the outdoor noice was easily heard from the room - not much you can do as it’s a public space but was the only minor annoyance as we could still hear people at night when trying to sleep

Beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Will stay again for my next Hobart trip!
Pros:

Great location, great room, great design and vibe, great staff, great everything! I saw the hotel featured on an episode of Getaway (or Postcards?) and it stuck in my memory - in person, it more than lived up to my expectations. We arrived pretty early (from Spirit of Tasmania) and they were able to store our luggage while we went to Salamanca Market (just outside) and do an early check-in for us. The hotel itself was amazing but best of all were the staff who were friendly, welcoming, professional, attentive, and generous with travel tips/recommendations. Big thanks to Phoebe and Moranda!

Cons:

I have no negative feedback to give, and would happily stay here again for future Hobart visits.

Lovely, but bot exceptional given the $550 nightly rate.
Pros:

Great location. Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No room service. No water in the fridge (available upon request only). Room needs a full length mirror. No smart TV. We were also expecting a room with more character and not a run of the mill hotel room.
