Se você quer sossego, um pouco de conformto e tranquilidade, procure outro imóvel.
Pros:

Dono/proprietário do restaurante grosseiro no trato com os clientes. Insiste várias vezes para o cliente fechar um pacote de café da manhã. Pedimos para colocar sal em um prato (porque nossa filha tem certa rigidez em razão do autismo) e eles danaram sal com força. Ao reclamarmos, o dono "simpático" disse que aquela seria a última exceção que abriria. Depois disso, deixamos de tomar café no restaurante do hotel.

Cons:

O anfitrião não informa que o ap 216 fica praticamente na direção do restaurante, que é no andar de cima. Então, desde 6h da manhã começa o barulho com carrinhos, arrastar de cadeiras e toda a movimentação do restaurante. Apareceram algumas baratas no apartamento. O interfone estava estragado. Informei ao proprietário no dia 23 de dezembro e o problema só foi resolvido no dia 29.

Localização perfeita e estrutura do hotel muito aconchegante.

Cons:

O apartamento que fiquei hospedado estava com o cofre quebrado, e mesmo após informar aos responsáveis o problema não foi sanado. Outro ponto negativo, que apesar te ter pago mais de R$ 200 reais para me acomodar por volta das 02 horas da manhã, por conta da chegada do voo, o quarto sequer tinha sabonete no banheiro.

Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor: está sobre la playa de Ponta Negra.
El desayuno buffet es bueno.
En la habitación había 2 aguas minerales desayuno buffet cortesía.
Se realizó la limpieza todos los días de mi estadía.
La cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente.
La pileta es hermosa, con la temperatura ideal!

Cons:

Que cobrarán las toallas para la playa y que no tuvieran servicio de playa.
Los amenities del baño son muy malos, hasta me dio miedo usarlo.

Nice for a shorter stay
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, clean, and the staff is very helpful. It's also really convenient to have the reception in one level and the access to the beach 5 levels below by elevator.
The top level has a. amazing view to Ponta Negra.
The internet was mostly stable enough to work on video calls.
The breakfast wasn't included but is available for an extra fee and was also great.

Cons:

The room is too small and hard to move around. Same for the shower.
The second bed is not comfortable at all. I don't even think it's a bed, it's more like a futton.
There's not enough space to work from the room and the hotel doesn't have an area for working remotely (outlet and desk).
