Lovely stay, wonderful welcome and friendly staff
Pros:

Really friendly and welcoming, lovely staff. Excellent location and really lovely room.

Cons:

Restaurant food options - not to my taste and erring on the expensive side for the type of dishes served.

i enjoyed my stay as i have done with previous visits. my only regret there is no lift

Relaxing, comfortable and in a lovely setting
Pros:

The staff were very professional and friendly. We booked dinner in the restaurant and the meal was great and good value.

Cons:

The only comment I would make for improvement is the bath was quite high so a grab rail for getting in to use the shower would be good. Also I had to get into the bath to turn the shower on as I couldn’t reach the taps behind the screen

All fine.

Cons:

Lighting! Terrible -everywhere. Particularly hideous blue light over bathroom mirror. No light near bedroom mirror. Blue and warm lighting in Dining room. Total dim mish mash.

It’s clean and handy for staying in Woodbridge with plenty of parking.
Pros:

Good location . Breakfast good. Good parking area.

Cons:

Bathroom window should have a blind. Some cobwebs on ceiling. Waited too long to be checked in.

Good but could be better with more attention to detail
Pros:

Breakfast ok but needs more love
Good bed, slept well
Didn’t need it but big parking

Cons:

Bar should be open for hotel guests on Christmas day
Noise insulation in rooms is not great
Staff shouldn’t start clearing up the breakfast room and spraying tables with cleaner when guests are still eating

Pros:

The location was very central in Woodbridge. The room was large, well appointed and fairly quiet. The food was good with a limited menu.

Cons:

The toilet didn't flush very well, but I didn't report until checking out. I didn't realise the door to the bar closed to keep some of the sound out from downstairs. I thought that the price I paid for bed and breakfast was a bit expensive.
