Will absolutely return, but hope to actually get the room we booked
Pros:

Breakfast is large with lots of options and eating space. Rooms appear to be updated and have great amenities

Cons:

We booked a king suite, but when we checked in we were given a room with two queen beds. We called the front desk and they relocated us to a king studio suite without the adjoining living area. This would've been fine, but we went from a quiet hall to one fully booked with young families. Not a real issue, but it was mildly disruptive

Very nice hotel. Disappointed with pool and jacuzzi.
Pros:

Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. The entire hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Cons:

We were traveling with grandkids. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. Unfortunately, the water too cold to swim in. Several others came in and left because of cold water. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order. Neither were posted on the website or at the hotel. This normally doesn’t bother me but, the little ones were really disappointed.

It was unfortunately aggressively mediocre. Which sucks cause it was a nice facility and it coulda been great. Kinda wis

Location and staff

Cons:

Room was hot and never really cooled off. There was no air vent in the master room so blow cold air in which I thought was weird. Also the body wash dispenser was empty so I had to use the hand soap to wash my body since yall don’t do little bottles anymore

Pros:

Very clean. Most of the staff was friendly.

Cons:

An evening manger was extremely rude to my husband when wanting to borrow forks after the restaurant we ordered our dinner from forgot to include them. Very unprofessional and made him extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:

Convention location, great room, EXCELLENT staff, and I really enjoyed the breakfast!

Cons:

Extremely minor issue with the room, toilet paper holder was broken, reported to the staff at checkout.
