Goede plek met een heerlijk (klein) rooftop zwembad
Pros:

Ruime kamer, comfortabele bedden. Rooftop zwembad was elke dag een heerlijke verfrissing.

Cons:

Locatie is dichtbij haven maar centrum is net iets te ver om te lopen (bij 30 graden plus).

Decepcionante.
Cons:

Funcionários pouco prestáveis, limpeza fraca, relação qualidade-preço muito fraca também. Foi uma experiência bastante decepcionante. Fomos com um expectativa alta, tendo em consideração as fotografias que mostram no hotel, mas a experiência real foi má.
O pequeno-almoço não é nada de especial.

Pros:

It bit out dated and no atmosphere. But ok for a night. Pool is ok but limited time slots to go.

Cons:

I would have hoped for a better view, but there is a big construction from the cable car and unfinished buildings in front a the hotel. Our room did not have a view at all.

Very Dissapointed.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a good position. The reception area and the roof top pool are nicely presented and the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Cons:

The rooms, whilst spacious and generally tidy, have stains and splashes of pen marks, food and drink on the walls. The furniture has scratches and scrapes, and the bathroom sealant and blind has mould. The flooring in my daughter's wet room was almost level, therefore, water settled and didn't drain away. The bedside wall light in both rooms did not work either. Furthermore, the walls are not insulated to a good standard, so you can hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway. The table cloths at breakfast were stained and dirty, the hallway lights were out for a considerable length of time, making it virtually impossible to see, and there was no safe in either of the rooms. In our room, they put 2 double beds together but only laid out one duvet cover and 2 pillows across the two beds. This made our sleep uncomfortable as there were no extra pillows or duvet covers in the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a toilet drainage issue in our room. When the toilet was used after room cleaning, an odour would remain until the room was cleaned again. We have been travelling around the Far East, and so far, this is the only hotel where the quality has been below par, where all the others have surpassed expectations. Very disappointing. I would say the standard of this hotel is more akin to a backpacker's hotel, not a family hotel.

Stay elsewhere- dirty - you get what you pay for, I guess!
Pros:

Leaving the hotel was the best part. We headed next door where the room was clean.

Cons:

The walls were stained with old food stuffs. The linen was not clean. Pool towels are not provided you have to take the ones from your room, which are not replaced. One night was enough. We checked out and went next door. Staff were not accommodating - walls were paper thin and other guests were partying all night. Did not feel safe in this hotel. No safe for belongings. Dirty walls were disappointing.

Pros:

Hotel had a nice rooftop pool.

Cons:

The room was small and the walls were paper thin. Music placed in the corridors until 9pm and guests were running between rooms making it very noisy. The shower was directly above the toilet and there was no water pressure. There were also no pool towels and the pool closed early. Breakfast wasn't great - dirty tables and not much variety. We ended up checking out early due to the issues.

Pros:

The room was big and clean, the shower was nice and the breakfast in the first day of our stay was good

Cons:

The swimming pool was never open, even when it said in the schedule it should be and when asking in the reception they said “we are doing treatment for mosquitos”. When in the second day they said it again we complained and suddentlly the they opened it without any schedule. Also the breakfast was only buffet in the first day and in the other you had to choose from a very weak al a carte menu. It’s not a good value for money , we could get this at other places for a fraction of the price

Nice hotell vith very helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Centrally located, close to interesting parts of Hanoi, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Accessible and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Definitely an accommodation I recommend!
