Clean and spacious
Pros:

Very spacious room, clean and comfy beds, amazing breakfast with many choices of food, 24 hour coffee and tea selection, fresh and hot. Clean pool , beautiful outdoor area and walking distance to movie theater and restaurants

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful and attentive each day.
Pros:

The breakfast and cafe area with the fruit and coffee was a nice touch! Breakfast was delicious, but i wish you also had bacon to choose from, but it was excellent the food. And i loved getting my Hilton Honors member bag each day.

Pretty terrible. The hotel had potential, but we were extremely disappointed.
Pros:

The receptionists were polite and tried to be helpful. The coffee in the lobby was good. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed linens were clean.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned to was dirty and smelly. When reassigned to a more acceptable room, we were awoken at 2:00 am by someone singing loudly in an adjacent room as well as motorcycles on the road below. My husband had been driving all day and badly needed sleep. However, once awoken, he has a difficulty going back to sleep. One side of the bed was saggy but still reasonably comfortable. When I tried to make coffee in the morning, the coffeemaker in our room was broken and would not work! When we asked for a different room at the other end of the hotel away from the road, we were assigned to the same room (310) a floor above the previous one (210), still facing the road where we could hear the traffic outside. We ere nervous we would be woken by "the singer" in that part of the building again. Also, we also noticed a washcloth on the desk chair in the room which was apparently missed by the cleaning people. Also, there was often a strong and persistent smell of marijuana in the hallways near the elevators. We decided to check out early and stay on a relative's floor because we did not want to go through another night like the previous one! Booking.com has been extremely unhelpful in securing a refund for the second night we did not stay. We have had to hold on the phone for long periods of time (multiple times) and have been disconnected twice after finally connecting with a human customer service representative.

How accommodating the staff were to me and my family

Cons:

The rooms were not clean up to my standard. The first room we stayed in had dog hair allllllll over, it messed with me and the kids allergies.

Hotel was fine. More expensive then I thought based on what I got vs what the Booking.com description gave. Taught me

Cons:

I selected this hotel & room based on it having a suite and the description said two bedrooms. The hotel does not have separate bedrooms. I could have found a much cheaper room along our route. This hotel was a bit out of the way. I encourage Booking.com to be careful on descriptions.
