Confortavel, mas o serviço na recepção é irritante
Cons:

O pessoal da recepção extremamente lento. O check in mesmo voce tendo cadastro e pré reserva leva no mínimo 20min. O check out a mesma coisa, leva em torno de 15min.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, os funcionários educados e solícitos e o hotel também oferece transfer gratuito para

O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e o banheiro também, disponibilizando de uma ampla bancada é uma ótima ducha para o banho.

Cons:

O quarto é um pouco escuro, faltando um ponto central de luz sobre o teto onde ficam as camas.
No banheiro, não há secador disponível exclusivo para o quarto, o suporte para o secador estava vazio e eu tive que interfonar na portaria, questionar, aguardar que localizassem um secador e trouxessem até o meu quarto.
O restaurante, é muito bonito, confortável e com um bom cardápio, porém sugiro que refinem alguns detalhes que não condizem com a estrutura do hotel e o valor da diária: no jantar, os talheres são trazidos embalados em um saco plástico lacrado, assim também como o azeite e o vinagre em sachês como que em lanchonetes.

Equipe excelente, cheiro de umidade.
Pros:

O que mais me agradou e merece nota 10, foi a equipe, pessoal simpático, atencioso, muito bom!

Cons:

Não gostei do cheiro de umidade, na cama e nos corredores, penso que o carpete ajuda a piorar a situação, o ambiente é fechado e isso não ajuda muito. A nota baixa foi por isso, esse cheiro me incomoda bastante, até na cama dava para sentir, lençóis travesseiros.
